Its not Gordo's anymore. A piano bar/restaurant called 'NOLA'Z' is there instead; and it's a pretty cool spot.

I still want to use this medium to express my gratitude and appreciation immeasurably to MR WILLIAMS

Walked in and sat at the bar. Greeted with a smile by the bartender.Ordered a Modelo and my girl ordered a daiquiri.Food was good. Beer was good. Salsa was super fresh!

Horrible place to go eat I don’t recommend it at all!We were a party of 15first of all we ordered chips, salsa and guacamole as an appetizer- guacamole tasted to garlicky, salsa had no flavor and cheese dip was watery and salty. My mom ordered a chicken salad that had croutons that tasted out of date, lettuce was old (it was bagged lettuce not fresh) chicken had no taste, we ordered fajitas and that was just chunks of steak with green and red pepper no onion no flavoring on it. Fries had an after taste. ( they need to learn how to change their oil often)We talked to the manager and we got them to take the food we didn’t like off but our bill was still to high we noticed they had up the price on the other items we paid for and they didn’t want to take off our gratitude off our bill which got us mad (they had the fat cooked standing by the door until we paid it off ) I’m still wonder how you get $24 of gratitude from $120 bill I know for a fact we got ripped off big time!

Good service, delicious food, and decent prices. I got the steak quesadilla and my boyfriend got the steak burrito. We both loved our food and could barely finish our generous portions. Great place to go when very hungry or after a long day at the beach.

It has to be the worst place to eat. Had bad service and food was so gross. The appetizer was chips with guacamole, salsa and cheese. First off the salsa had no flavor, the guacamole was overly powered with garlic, and the cheese was cold and watered down. The chips had such bad after taste because it seemed like the oil is not changed frequently. When the meals finally arrive after almost and hour wait, which by the way we were the only table there. So there shouldn’t have been that long specially for the food that was received. One of the meals was a salad with croutons that were left overs they were all crumbs. The salad itself was old and dry looked brown not green. The steak fajitas one order was undercooked the other you couldn’t even chew the meat. The rice was not cooked, the black beans smelled horrible and the pico de Gallo (If you should even call it that) had 2 tiny scoops on the brown lettuce. Our waiter and the bar tender took 2 smoke breaks just in that timeframe and still unsure if their hands were ever washed Or sanitized before touching anything else. We spoke with a manager which was supposedly going to accommodate our bad experience and seems like what ever “discount” was given got added to the price on other items. Horrible place and horrible costumers service.

Honestly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Tacos had rubber steak, rice wasn’t fully cooked, on frozen tortillas. You’re going to have to ask for literally everything: napkins, limes, hot sauce, etc. There was only one person working and he was trying to do his best but food had no excuse. Shut down if you can’t serve decent food.

We came here while on vacation and the service was EXCELLENT to say the least!! AJ and Jason (cook and waiter/bartender) were both there to help us the entire time even though they had multiple other tables. The food was absolutely delicious (I got a steak taco add grilled onion and peppers). The 3 other dishes with chips, queso and salsa (as for special salsa) was delicious as well!!! Also make sure you try one of the buckets.. I recommend surrender the booty!! We are only here for 4 days, but the experience was so great that we had to come back!! The hosputality makes you feel like home.

We went here several times in 2019 and it was AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY loved it. Even referred other people there. Came back this year to find it was under new ownership and while it LOOKS the same it is completely different. The amazing menu is gone and replaced with some over priced wanna be taco bell menu. The food was not good. My tacos lacked flavor. The taco meat was cooked hamburger- thats it. No seasoning. The rice tasted like over cooked Rice a Roni. Plus it took forever to get our food. Partially because they messed half the meal up. And to top it all off - dinner for 4....$60. I will never go back.

Definitely white washed restaurant claiming to be Mexican. The menu did not even have appetizing food.
