A year ago, this would have been a 5 star review. And I would love to say this is a pandemic based issue, or an employee shortage issue, however, it's a new owner issue. The new employees, especially the one lady at the front is rude and painful to deal with. Phones go unanswered on even slow days, and showing up "early" for a pick up is met with hostility. I'm not sure if the new owners scared off the old employees, or felt they needed to make changes to maximize profit, but even good pizza isn't worth it. The food however, across the menu has remained amazing. If you have the patience and are tired of the usual chains, give them a chance.
So about 2 months ago they advertised on a radio station $50 for $25. I bought it and we went once. Food was very good. Now about 2weeks ago we stopped by to use the rest of out gift certificates and they are not open. It was 2:00 pm on a Saturday. I have called a few times since to see if they are open…no answer. Seems they are closed up. So, sounds like they ran a scam, took peoples money and closed up shop…???? It is another Saturday, 11:45am…no answer again.
NEVER AGAIN !! THEY WON'T DELIVER TO ME OVER A SLICE DELIVERY MISUNDERSTANDING. ORDERED HUNDRED OF TIMES AND THAT IS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE DRIVER THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE FROM SLICE THAT NIGHT WAS THE ONE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AT FOX'S DEN. HE WAS SO RUDE AND BASICALLY SAID HE HAD TO GO AND HUNG UP.
Every year we come to Myrtle beach and every year we get Fox's pizza. We love the sweet sauce and thick crust. We don't have any pizza like this in our home town. Keep up the good work.
Amazing pizza. I am a picky eater even when it comes to pizza. The sauce is everything and this pizza was perfect. We dined in but it is typically a carry out place as it has very few tables. They even have a pizza challenge that a few people attempted while we were there. That pizza is 38"!
Pizza is OK, Customer service is the pits. Person taking the order can't speak English and somehow it's my fault they dump garlic all over the pizza, instead of the dipping sauce on the side. Used to go fairly regularly, never again.
Very unhappy with service. I called ahead an hour and a half prior to the time I requested to pick up my order. I explained when ordering it was for an event and I need it to be ready. I arrived at the time I requested to pick up my oder and they had not even started making it. I had to wait for them to prepare and cook it. The manager acted as if he could care less.Customer service is horrible!
I ordered thru GrubHub. I ordered a salad with 2 "Gourmet" Italian dressing and paid extra, received a Ranch dressing. I have delivery instructions to NOT ring doorbell and leave on front porch by door. The driver rang doorbell, and waited for me to answer. When I sked him to leave it on the porch he left it in front of the door so to open the door the food got knocked over, SMH. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explained the issue with the dressing and he put me on hold and hung up. I called back and he said they don't use GrubHub and have to reenter the order and who ever reentered the order didn't put in any dressing. He said sorry we are short and can't help you as a matter of fact you got better prices thru GrubHub than ordering from us. He was going to credit me for the dressing, ha let's see if that happens. Honestly, the food wasn't worth the headache or time.
Best pizza for the Surfside beach area. Little bit if a drive but so worth it. The lady packed us up with paper plates utensils and napkins. Highly recommend
I have ordered from here for quite awhile with no problems. Last few months every time I order there is always something missing from my order. It's worse now than the missing items from the McDonald's bag.With the price of the items and the fees for delivery this is unexceptable!!!Made my last order ever today!!!
