Good food, great service, and an outdoor deck with live entertainment in the evening. Prices are reasonable, and you can find something for everyone in your party. Parking seems to be limited so if you can walk over, I'd suggest you do so.
Food was decent. Would of been 5 stars but the sodas cost almost more than our meals and we never even got a refill not once. Waited an hour if not a little over and had nasty watered down drinks with our food never even seen our waitress till she finally came back 30 minutes after we were already done and been ready to leave. And the way they add a huge tip onto your tab is ridiculous especially when it states for parties 6 or more and my aunt only had 4 and had to pay around $18 for a tip! Doubt we'll go back there again. One time and done
I should have posted a picture but the food was too good to stop eating. Yes, it is bar food so be aware of that. BUT that being said. The wings were some of the best I ever had. Burgers were cooked perfect. Fries were crispy and warm. Drinks were strong without being too strong. Service was great. Extremely statisfird! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!
5 star for atmosphere, wait staff & of course the live music. My particular salad was not great - but no reason to bash them! Maybe just an off night. Going on 3 years now with restaurants really struggling. They are trying so hard ! Please keep that in mind when you do these reviews that will directly effect other people going there or not & maybe one day soon, things will be much much better ! ☺️☺️???
The place needs a little love, and a reminder about customer service. However, our server was excellent. The food was fair, your typical lunch food. Need to have options for those who have seafood allergies and fry seafood in the same oil as everything else. Should have a separate fryer.
Food was poor. Cold food! Only thing decent was stuff you can just fry (greasy). We waited for my child’s grilled cheese until after we had all eaten. Don’t go fir good food…Service was just okay…I was hoping for more at this cute place. Won’t go back.
We didn’t want to drive and deal with the traffic and crowds one evening and so we thought we’d try Flip Flops. It has a nice atmosphere with an acceptable bar selection and some live music under and outdoor area. The food is NOT a draw in our experience as it seems to come out of the freezer to the grill/fryer. Bar drinks were fine and everything is beach prices. If you wanted apps and a drink or 2, this place is fine. If you want decent food tho, go across the street or get in your car. I can only recommend FF for drinks and some apps. Service was responsive too!!
Out of state family trip to Myrtle Beach and to Flip Flops Bar and Grille, the lack of basic customer service skills was highlighted at this place! From the rush for us to order to the slow delivery of our food and to the very rude bar staff we will not be returning ever!! You can manage a busy place, be efficient and NOT be downright rude all at the same time. It really is possible to do! Flip Flops is a complete FLOP!
My three friends and I ate here tonight. The service was subpar and they forgot our food. Upcharged 4.00$ per order of food. Not only they didn’t get our orders correct.
Prices on menu were way cheaper than what we were charged. All of the items we ordered were $4 or $5 more than what the menu said. A heads up would have been nice. They also do not have a high chair or booster seat. Not child friendly.
