Been coming here to eat now for a little over a year and everything is so good those guys sure are nice and super helpful when. It comes to talking about the order I always happen to get you guys always make my burger perfect it's so tender and juicy and it's voted 5 out of five for me the fries are off the chain love them keep it up guys you're doing great I am definitely coming back more often
Great crew came in 28 minutes before closing . They didn't bat an eye whipped out the fresh burgers and still had time to sit down and eat inside.
Their burgers and fries are always great. Staff friendly. Dining room clean. Prices need to calm down a tad. $20 for a burger, fries, and soda is crazy.
I wanted a "real" hamburger for supper and I knew that the restaurant named "Five Guys" would feed my "mouth" and "my tummy" with real meat, so I drove to their site, ordered a take-home burger with mayo, lettuce & tomato. It filled my taste buds and made me very happy!I wanted some "sides", but nothing on the menu made me excited, so I drove to a "drive-through", bought some fried onion rings, fried cheese sticks and a vanilla milkshake.This made my tummy Happy!But, I had so much to eat, that I made 2 meals out of my order!!I love eating fresh hamburgers, made with real ground beef and Five Guys on Pine Island Road, filled that order. They are the place to eat a real HAMBURGER.I started eating at Five Guys in Charlotte, NC, when my sister introduced a real hamburger at a good restaurant, to me. So, by now you know that this is THE place to sit and eat, or to take home to eat.Go eat there or get a "take home" and you and your tummy will be very glad that you did!!!Thank you to the 5 guys who are finally giving us a good clean place to eat real hamburgers!!!See y'all again soon!!
This place was over hyped, over priced, and over cooked. Shake was good. Wasted $40 on a anywhere USA hamburger.
I haven't had a Five Guys establishment disappoint me yet. The food was so good, as usual! Nicole, the cashier, was very pleasant as well.

A little off this evening. We patronize this location a lot. However, for their higher price points and considering a slow night, a Five Guys should be 100% on. Burger could have used salt, was missing condiment ordered--mustard-- and the lettuce was wilted, a stem piece, the size of a quarter. Also unusual, they were stingy with the fries, which were also shorter in length, cool and not as brown and crispy as normal. Will return as this is our go-to burger joint. Hopefully, 5 Guys will do better next time.

Staff with friendly prices were way too high burgers were tasty french fries for tasty I had a chocolate peanut butter shake that was too thin but other than that it was it was okay
