First time trying Finn McCools. It was very chill local vibe with a lively bar and great Food. Loved the fried mushrooms! We had the Fish and chips and the Ruben sandwich two of their specialties and both were Amazing. Definitely coming back. Fair prices, great food, welcoming atmosphere.
Not very impressed. Service was really slow and there wasn’t a large crowd. I ordered Fish and Chips and my husband ordered Peel and Eat Shrimp. The chips were extremely greasy, the fish was hot and freshly cooked. The shrimp were ok but nothing to make us want to return. Have wanted to try this little pub for a long time. Glad we tried but won’t return.
Oooh, the Rueben is sooo good. Every time I say I’m going to choose the delicious strawberry salad with grilled chicken, but I switch back to the Rueben. I want both LOL ooh!, and the onion rings are the best! Don’t forget, they have the cheapest coldest beers around!
Great Food and Atmosphere. Waitstaff was extremely friendly. We wanted something that was local and not a tourist trap. This place did not disappoint.
First of all Rachel was amazing, I had the Shrimp and Flounder and it was very good. My wife had Shrimp platter and she said it was very good. Our life long friends said their food was amazing. And yes they do have some amazing cocktails
I only came here because someone else left a review of some amazing looking onion rings… DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! We had the trolley rings 10/10 I also had the fried shrimp and flounder 10/10!!!! My husband had the fish and chips the cod was so fluffy!! Michelle was great, very attentive and personable! Great food and great customer service, can wait to come back**added a pic of my delicious onion rings**
Have been there several times during our 6 weeks at beach not sure what happened this time. Hostess sat us at 6;30 on a Wed for 20 min not one waitress came to our table until my husband finally made eye contact with one. Then waited another 10 min till she came and got our drink order. In the mean time 2 tables in eye sight of ours got waited on and there food delivered before ours! Mind you we only ordered a house salad with chicken and a Reuben sandwich. To make matters much worse a table with several loud drunks seated near us !! That night really left us very upset and questioning if we will return, we loved Finns but there was no excuse for the service we received tonight. I know staff is short and we truly we patient for awhile but this was unacceptable.
I am not one to dine alone much if I can help it. But this restaurant was very pleasant. Good old music. I did not have the Irish fare but it is on the menu. I had the special of flounder and shrimp. All of my food was good and hot. My server was David and very prompt and friendly. Enjoy.
We were here on a Friday afternoon. The fish and chips were hot and plentiful, and the hot dogs were large and tasty. The beers were cold and the prices reasonable. It's a good place for pub food and drinks.
Have been here several times and have always enjoyed it. This time, however, it took an overly long time from placing food order to receiving food. 1 hour. Unacceptable
