Fresh, generous portions. We ordered five different plates that were all authentic and delicious. Service is excellent and fast with good ambiance.

We were sat down right away, then nobody ever came to talk to us. Never received chips and salsa or drinks or had our orders taken. Just totally ignored.A waiter came to the table next to us, looked at us and walked away.We waited a while, my husband even took our toddler for a short walk while we waited.Decided to go elsewhere.

Anytime I want Mexican food I come to this place. The staff are authentic Mexican people and are always friendly. The food comes out super fast every time, always under 10 minutes but sometimes in 5 minutes. Highly recommended for your southwest fix.
Waited forever for service. Then every time we needed something we had to grab another server to get our server to help us. She lately never came to check on us. Then charged $30+ for automatic tip! Go to the Conway location, better service and cheaper prices

I am a frequent visitor to this El Cerro and its quality of food and service has steadily declined. The other El Cerros in the area are far out performing this location.
Got a carry out order and was given the wrong meals for half the order. The other half I received did not taste good and the chicken was very dry. Not impressed
