I ordered quite a few drinks for the people that I work with, and doughnuts, Charlie seeing that I definitely had my hand full was so kind to have helped me carry the extra drink carrier to my car. The staff here us definitely second to none
I am a regular at this dunkin and some of the ladies/girls are really nice. They even remember my order. However the frozen machine has been down for a long time which i don't usually get a frozen drink so whatever, but last week i ordered one and the girl said very rudely "don't u see the sign" well clearly I didn't. I let it go. Then the last 3x I've ordered my sandwhich with no cheese its had cheese, they always fix it even if they do look perturbed. However today 6/10/22 was the icing on the cake. I had a little change in my order as i was ordering for entire family. After saying part of my order the girl on the headset says "this fat b**ch just ordered 5 f**king orders of mini bagles" I was humiliated and embarrassed. She said it over the loud speaker so the people with their windows down heard her, the lady behind me gasped so loud I heard her. I am disgusted with their behavior and so upset that a bully like that has a job in customer service. They did not ask me to pay for my food today but didn't say why, meaning they didn't say i am so sorry here this is on us and this will be dealt with. It was so weird. I got to the window and I said I can NOT believe that just happened that was wrong and disgusting behaviour. The girl hands me the order and says I don't even know what happened. I drive away check my food and guess what it was the wrong order. Cheese on sandwich, missing hashbrowns and an order of mini bagels.
The employees here are absolutely disrespectful. I come here quite often because its near our house. Today I came to get a frozen coffee, which apparently has been out of order every time I have came to get a frozen coffee this week. I asked the girl if they had any frozen coffee just to make sure because it's the only thing I enjoy drinking because I am pregnant, everything else tastes gross. She gave me attitude and said "No do you not see the sign?" obviously I see the sign, I was double checking there is no reason to be rude. I decided to just leave. Seems the employees are always in a bad mood when I go here.
These guys really process the customers in great time! Always get the order correct as well, not to mention a very happy attitude.
I love this Dunkin location. There's a guy that usually is at the window that looks like Troye Sivan and he is so nice. I once came through wearing these huge sunglasses (they were the only ones I could find) and I was very self conscious because I was afraid they made me look like a bug but he looked at me and said he loves my sunglasses! Such a sweet person. I really dread the day he won't be here anymore.
I wanted to go through drive thru fast..there is only 1 way in..and to even get into the parking lot to go inside u have to wait for a break on the road to get past a car.The girl at the register was nice and repeated my order back to me. Everything was made fast. 3 donuts, 1 chocolate croissant, 2 wakeup wraps, 1 sausage egg and cheese croissant, and cake batter signature latte WAS SOOOO GOOD!!Tables were clean and employees took notice to me while I was waiting. I would give 5 stars if the drive thru wasn't the way it was.
Utter Trash. I ordered a Signature Caramel Iced Latte and received a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. I advised the male who passed me my drink that the drink I received was incorrect. He said I should have been more clear. I advised I was clear on my order, but my drink was made incorrectly. Once he understood he made my drink correctly and apologized. But this much older woman was making snide remarks about my order. Basically, she was making fun of me for making sure I received my order correctly. Cold Brew and a Latte are two different things. I don’t work at Dunkin Donuts and I know this. Will not be visiting this location ever again.

Went through these two different days. First day no chocolate milk. Second time I went through asked for several doughnuts finally had to settle for what ever they did have. I mean if you are a 24hr shop. You think they would have doughnuts of all kinds available. Won't be going there again. Plus management and staff acted like it was no big deal.
Soooooo slow. What happened. You can order in advance and still 30 minutes for your order. They even say to order at least 20 minute in advance. Poor service.Update: My previous review was based on how things were over a year ago. Speed can remain an issue during peak times but no more than with any other place like this. Gone are the 20 to 30 minutes wait after you ordered in advance. Most of the time when I order 5 minutes in advance my food and drinks are waiting on my. They have greatly improved on things. For that my star rating was changed as well from a 2 star to 4 star. Not a five because the service could still be a bit more professional at times but it is mostly on point. I am glad that I no longer have to travel to get a decent cup of coffee and I can just go to my neighbor Dunkin.
