Always good. They go the extra mile at this Dunkin. Always friendly, and polite.
Not a fan. Coffee had way too much cream and sugar. Sourdough sandwich had undercooked bacon and eggs with an unusual texture. Well the munchkins were still good at least...
I've been coming to this establishment for some time now. I recently bumped into a fellow Connecticut resident who has made the transfer south. Either she owns, and or runs this establishment. But she is very nice and thoughtful, always smiles, and is very nice and super cool to speak with. It's nice to come to a place and to have the other ladies around her being just as nice, and kind as she is.
Purchased a dozen for a staff meeting and it tasted like cardboard dry and hard dunkin has really lost its touch and not alot of options either
I love any and all Dunkin's. This one is so clean, convenient and very roomy. There is an area with comfy chairs to enjoy a conversation with friends. The employee that wanted on me was very polite and friendly.
Very good .order was correct ,but I placed my order,paid and asked to scan my app for the points and was told they count do it .I had to scan first .couldn't you cancel the transaction and redo it so I can get my points after spending 18.00.
They can't get my coffee right for whatever reason... I ask for less pumps of syrup as if you have too many it tastes like permanent marker. Nasty. 1 out of 5 times it tastes decent, the other 4 it tastes like permanent marker.
I go to this Dunkin almost everyday. They are ALWAYS slammed. But these guys hang in there. They were short staffed today and instead of chaos they just put there heads down and got it done. Even as busy as they are they are patient with the likes of me….the customer that can’t help but ask 1000 questions. I wish I knew her name because this review has a ton to do with one employee that gets to know the regulars and does her best to remember our orders and not once has messed up my very specific and picky order. Thanks for making this grumpy not so morning person happy.
I don’t think it can get any SLOWER. I could have driven home and made donuts from scratch faster. The morning crew is very slow. Took over 30 min for approx 10 cars in the drive thru. Once you get in that line in the am you are pretty much stuck. Avoid in the am. Quicker to drive to the DD in Surfside. I keep saying I’ll never go here again. I think this time I learned my lesson. Almost late for an appointment. All for a coffee.
What the heck...we ordered three coffees and it was an ordeal. 2 decaf with cream and 1 hazelnut black.....the hazelnut wasn't black and was sweet...disappointed.
