I am a loyal Dunkin customer, but this Dunkin seems to fail me time after time. I have been and will continue to go out of my way to order from a different location just because this one is so bad. Most employees are trying the best it’s not their fault, they just desperately need better management. At least one thing is always wrong with my order and that is beyond upsetting. I highly recommend anyone to go to any other location if possible. The worst part is the bitter cold brew and iced coffee. This review isn’t based off of one bad experience, it has been consistently horrible.
Good enough product, friendly service inside. Outside seating area and drive thru is full of trash and cigarettes. Not the tastiest welcome.. a simple fix if someone cared.
Been going to this dunkin for years, have met many nice people and staff over that time. It's the #1 go-to afternoon location for me. Very comfortable
Customer service is HORRIBLE! I ordered avocado toast with extra bacon and they me a slice of soft bread, avocado, and RAW BACON. It was so pink… I went inside to get it remade and she gave me the same exact thing AGAIN! I stood there for about 15 extra minutes waiting for her to give me something safe to consume.
Dunkin has the best coffee and food but the service is horrible. I work 3rd shift went to grab coffee when I wokeup and the kids were yelling and screaming at each other and were very rude, as if they were doing me a favor by being there. They need alot of customer service training on the night shift for sure. I will just make my coffee at home from now on or go to the one in downtown, better service for sure.
Cold coffee twice. poorly prepared tasted awful and rude drive thru service had yo go inside to get it right and fresh. Where we live no such issues.
Long wait in the drive through. Only 2 employees working inside. When we finally got to the speaker to place an order, they were out of ice cream!
They consistently disappoint us with their service. Whether the line is long and they are busy or if there is nobody else the drive thru is slow and they make mistakes. Their service recovery is lacking and they don’t fix their mistakes.
Had a bit of a snafu with our order but after 10 minutes it got straightenec out. Bathrooms need attention
It DD -so you know the coffee, donuts and breakfast items are awesome. Unfortunately it gets very crowded at times and the wait can get long. (lost 1 star for that) There's a drive thru that is convenient.
