As always, Dunkin’ Donuts is a go to when you have an opportunity while on business out of town. The staff was friendly of course, the coffee came out hard and fast as did my sandwiches. The only problem that I had was that the croissants were burned which I did not notice until after I had left the store. I still eat them And I was happy to do so.
Great donuts!! But no refills on regular coffee?? When you pay $2+ for a small cup? And can I get a Smile or have a nice day… Any ways.
Absolute garbage. Ordered drinks to be delivered almost 40$ and they did not get one single thing right gave us smaller sizes than we paid for and switched out milks out for other milk. Tried to all to resolve the matter they would not answer the phone at all. Extremely disappointed after spending so much money and can’t even answer the phone
This Dunkin’ is very nice looking but is ran by young people who need more training, and less attitude. Our second visit I went thru the drive thru with no answer. I went to the front door and saw 4 employees on phones, laughing, and having a great time. While they were open. When I went to go inside they locked the door 30 minutes early laughing and rolling their eyes. In this time 5-7 cars were going thru drive thru and people were pulling up to get some dunkin…. ALL TURNED AWAY! They need a manager to work here that cares about keeping their business open for Mrytle Beach… They are losing a lot of business due to just not caring and poor attitudes! I was in here yesterday & watched an employee be disrespectful to the manager. She then tried to explain why the manager gets on her nerves to customers… I told her she should be fired. I tried 2 times to have coffee here and both times I left empty handed!MY SUGGESTION IS DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN THEY ARE NOT DUNKIN QUALITY!
We have been traveling for the last 9 days and have stopped at a dunks everyday in varies locations from new Hampshire to Florida. And this was by far the best one. We had a large order at the drive threw window with food and drinks for a family of 5 every other dunks has been rude by the end of our order. The lady we had was very kind and patient with our chaos of everyone ordering. And the guy at the window was awesome. Food was also the best we have had. Thank you
I love Dunkin coffee, grew up in New England, now live in Missouri, and do not have access to it that often. It was a 5-10 min wait even though we ordered online. We still enjoyed our coffee.
I have been to hundreds of Dunkin's, and this was the worst one I have visited. I visited on 2/9/2022, and would not recommend this dunkins. There was no customer service, the food took over 15 minutes, they forgot my Hashbrowns, and the coffees were terrible. There was far too much sugar, and the hashbrowns were hardly cooked at all.
The staff is phenomenal. I go there to get some food and drinks, Alisa, Meg, Elania, Hope, Julia and Zach always tend to make me feel welcomed, and at home in the store. I appreciate these guys as well as the other employees there I just don’t know their names but it’s ok they’re all great people. Thank you all for being great. Never disappointed walking out of here
This is by far the worst dunkin i ever been to! A little red headed girl was working when i stopped in. Super rude , took 5 minutes to take my order. Then i went inside and she was cursing and throwing food around with another co worker. Just disgusting. This is not how you do business and you all need to train your employees a little better.
