Workers were super friendly and fast! I took a few minutes to decide what I wanted and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. The donuts not only tasted great but looked great when they were done.
Fresh donuts made to order. Absolutely delicious and WARM! Lots of options to customize, each more delicious than the next. Be prepared for a line and a moderate wait time if you order in person (which is to be expected because they make your donuts fresh right in front of you). But it's damn worth it. We went back and got the donut sundae. Wow.
They will NOT allow you to customize donuts... now make you pick from their iist. We love Duck Donut because of this experience... they have killed it to make things simpe for them. Super slow Nd disorganized. We won't be back.
Great Donuts. Big shout-out to the extremely pleasant staff. Line was out the door and kept growing while we were there. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and full of smiles. Such a nice change from the usual customer service we've all come to expect these days.Keep up the good work...your hard work shows!
Donuts were great, we got a variety all everyone was happy. It would have been a 5 star but it took an hour to get a dozen donuts. They definitely need 2 or 3 more employees. My advice is order ahead and wait at home. They do not put priority on online orders you just get put in-line with the people there waiting but at least you don't have to stand there for an hour.
The donuts here are great. Maple Bacon my favorite.
I’ve always loved going to Duck Donuts and this was my first time at the one in Myrtle Beach. Staff were friendly and our donuts were excellent!
The girls there were so nice and friendly. The best donuts I’ve had and so many different flavours. We will be back next time we are in town.
THE BEST DONUTS EVER!!!! I bought 2 dozen on Sunday.....24 hrs later, only 2 left. The customer service at this location was exceptional, warm, and a perfect 10!!! DUCK DONUTS IS DEFINITELY MY NEW GUILTY PLEASURE!!?
Yum!! Definitely a little overwhelming at first. Took a deep breath had some fun and ordered a box of delicious comfort. Thank you for a morning of yummy.
