App said Pizza was ready at 9:42 pm. It was delivered at 11:00. No one answered the phone after 30 minutes of being on hold. Pizza was barely warm.
Pizza never arrived. After being put on hold for more than 5 minutes I was told it was delivered to the wrong address. I was told they could make it again for me. Why would I do that? Are you still going to charge me a $5.00 delivery as well? How can you charge $5.00 and not deliver it! In the last few years this store has fallen way off. I was going to give it one more chance and that was a mistake on my part. With all the technology today how can you not find the correct location.
Our order was as requested and delicious. Staff was very friendly. My only recommendation would be for those customers calling in the order, make sure you confirm the location where your pizza is being made. I called the number of a different store, but my order was routed to this store. Had I not noticed the different address in the app, I would’ve gone to pick up my pizza at the wrong place.
When placing a to go order it goes to a call center you may get your food best to go pick it up
Absolutely terrible and disappointing. My order was not place correctly. I asked for two large pizzas and was only given one…..then after being being told my was wasn’t prepared at the specified location who I spoke to a call center to place, they sent my order to a different location which was 30 mins away. When I arrived…. My pizza was cold and dry. after calling back there was no once to talk to who cared enough to give me a refund. Waste of time and money.
I ordered here 3 1/2 hours ago!!!! I have toddlers here !! Please explain to me why my food is still not here ?!?I’m from out of town, and this is unacceptable! Then I can’t call because the store is closed now. It’s going on 2am. On top of that the lady made me pay with my card because my order was over 31 dollars! I’m livid right now! I give them 0 stars! This is crazy
Worst delivery and customer service. Never picked up the phone when I called multiple times and the pizza was freezing cold when arrived. Worst part is my pizza took 2 hours to get to me from a dominos that’s 6 minutes away from me. I had to heat it up in the microwave. Just avoid this place. If I could give a zero I would. Dominos delivery in general is just horrible. If you want a hot pizza go to a local pizza place not a commercial pizza place (aka dominos).
this place is rediculose the manager was so rude!! Samatha was her name she charged my card $32 and I didn't owe her Nothing!! I want my money!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! or Recamend any one to go
Literally every single time I order from dominos (tried different locations) I get the same thing. They cook it then it sits in “quality check” for over 30 mins and dries up and is DISGUSTING and cold when it arrives. Will be going somewhere else from now on.
Usually a decent place but last time I ordered it disappointed heavily. I got a pepperoni and chicken alfredo. It was supposed to be enough for 2 servings. Nope. Pizza was way undercooked and the pasta was half missing. E-mailed them with the problem and I still didn't get an answer. It has been almost a week
