Always late, cold a lot more often then hot. Used points for free pizza and they took points but charged me. Try calling and never a answer. One night placed order and it said 35-45 minutes, 3 1/2 hours later our food was delivered cold and gross. Spent over 50.00 and they gave me points for a free medium pizza that cost 5.99. Totally messed up. They should have gave like a refund or enough for 8 pizzas.
Our pizzas came over 2 hours after I ordered. The kids were sleep by the time the food came. The delivery driver was nice and he said they are short staffed and busy. I can understand that, but I don't understand why they wouldn't put the correct time on the tracker. If you know it's going to take over 2 hours just say that.... Don't say 73-83 minutes.... We could have gotten something else and I could have fed my children before they went to sleep. I ordered at 10:30pm after a long day and it came at damn near 1am. I was literally about to cancel the charge because I couldn't get anyone on the phone but a closed recording after midnight. I spent $70 for cold smashed pizza. Yay.
Typical Domino's. Very friendly staff always attentive. Great selection of pizzas (specialties and choose your own toppings), parmesan bites and cinnamon sticks are great add ons. They often have good deals or manager's specials, be sure to call and ask. Look for deals on the App. Easily accessible and very convenient parking. Handicap accessible parking.
I placed a order at this location and the young lady told me how much it is and what number it’s under when my husband picks the pizza up! Even told her his name!! Twenty or thirty minutes later my husband goes to pick up, NOBODY HAS A RECORD OF OUR ORDER!! I called the same number as always, speed dial in my phone but suddenly YOU DON’T HAVE MY ORDER BUT I CALL BACK AND RECORDING SAID MY PUZZA WAS READY?!!! How dare you ask did I call the right Domino’s and this I call all times! So I guess your new phone order system gives you random Domino’s and not the one you call, right?!!! My husband said y’all was laughing and playing around anyway!! VERY DISAPPOINTED ??
Worst experience EVER!!! Went to pickup order they did not have it said would have to redo 35 min wait...i said really? And female manager yelled yep its that or nothing...so i went to papajkhns
I bought two cheese pizzas. Both were badly burnt and torn apart. Wouldn't buy again from this place though I like Dominos but this pizza store didn't do a good job.I should have read other reviews seems like the place is a mess. See my pizza pictures and read other reviews before ordering.
Ordered 2 medium pizzas and it was terrible. I've had a pizza from a variety of different dominoes and this pizza tasted nothing like it was supposed to. The crust was unseasoned and tasted like cardboard and there was so much sauce on the pizza everything just fell off. On top of all that one of my pizzas wasn't even cut.
I walk in after my tracker said my order was ready. The girl says I don't have any orders. I look up at the board and say that's strange because that's me. And I have the receipt on my phone. She said oh someone came in and got it. Someone stole my order. So she made another. She said 10 min. Go in after 15 min. She needs more time bc the pizza got stuck. Why don't you guys check who's picking up an order??
I like dominos food, but I don't like if you don't ask for the any two special instead of paying $5.99 each they charge like $14. For those medium pizzas. COME ON MAN
Service was very F A S T! We ordered, and within driving time to go get the order, was about 20 minutes. In and out! Very nice store, friendly, smiling people.
