Had the worst experience at the DQ. I ordered three separate meals and all three meals were completely wrong. All the girl did when taking the order was added the basic info and didn’t type in the things I asked. Like no cheese, no pickles, and even down to the drink orders. I asked for a coke, lemonade, and a kids meal milk. I got a coke, a coke, oh and a kids coke. The lady (or should I say a giant Williams missing tree link sister) got absolutely disgusting with me when I asked for the correct drinks. I then asked for the kids cup since that wasn’t given to me either and she waved her hand at me in a “move along” manner. I sat there till I got what I paid for. Horrible horrible horrible customer service, like they always say. Poor management leads to poor employees.
When we visited, the staff was quite busy and they still greeted us with a smile and our food was great!!!!You can’t go wrong at this Dairy Queen!!!Thank you
Dairy Queen has the BEST soft serve icecream ? & the staff is well hit or miss (staff is why I couldn't give a 4/5 star)
I understand being understaffed, but the whole new staff at this location is pretty awful. Our orders were wrong, we waited a very long time for our blizzards. We were asked if we wanted to have made before our food came out... then they forgot to make them at all. The workers couldn't have cared less about ANY of us there. Highly suggest picking any other locations in Myrtle.
We stopped with friends for quick ice cream & lunch. It wasn't quick. Floor was sticky. Food however was great when we got it and the portions were very huge.would stop by again but would be cautious if we didn't have much time. Drive-thru was very busy.
Though a little expensive for what you got it tasted ok. Cashier needs a pick me up. Maybe didn't have a good night's sleep and spoke so soft most had to ask him to keep repeating what he said.
They were really good we had a big order and specialty orders for so picky people in the car we went to drive thru
Believe it or not, I ate here recently and was stunned by how perfect the chili dogs are here. Tasty meat, chili that was seasoned perfectly, and a bun so soft I swear they must have just finished baking it. I don't know about their other food, but if you're a chili dog connoiseur, you should make a beeline to this place! (I also had a vanilla malt, but it was nothing to write home about. Not very malty and the vanilla ice cream was a bit too sweet for my taste.)
Welp first took a while I guess since a order infront of us but the big thing is how long our stuff sat there in the heat while waiting. Then they didn't even do the flip for the blizzard. Thought that is a given they were supposed to do?
Runny gravy and weird toast in chicken strip basket..way different than it used to be..they're probably saving money doing it and 6 buster bars were $18.99..two 6 pc chicken strip baskets..no drinks..one chicken sandwich..one cheeseburger meal total was $53.00..i won't go back
