We looked for a highly rated Italian restaurant outside the main touristy areas of Myrtle Beach. We were very happy to find Crave. Victor and Olivia took care of us and they were great. The food was fresh homemade real Italian, not the usual canned tomato sauce and overcooked pasta. We go back to Myrtle Beach every summer and Crave will be on our "mandatory" list. The atmosphere was very loud and very hot. We ordered drinks, that were just okay. My basil seemed to be turning in the drink I got and was incredibly strong. We ordered some apps that were very good. My fettuccini Alfredo was good but the sauce was very plain and the chicken was tough. My family was most annoyed that we brought our kids because they had a kids meal option, but no changing place for kids in the bathroom.
We had appetizers, dinner and dessert. All was fantastic and had great service.
This was our first visit to Crave, but it will not be our last. We all had different meals, and every one of them was amazing! We were celebrating a birthday, and we all had desserts as well....and they were ridiculously good. The cream puffs were literally the best I've ever had. The service was great and the prices were really reasonable a well. The atmosphere was nice and casual, and there is outdoor seating if you prefer to be outdoors. We didn't have drinks, but they have a wine list that is literally several pages long. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will add it to our favorites list in Myrtle Beach for sure!
Recently visited Crave with a large group. All the food was great. I especially like the Lasagna and the Spaghetti. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back. The location is a little small and tight for my taste but the tables were large enough to accommodate our large group. If you like Italian this is a great local place and alternative to the large chains. Good selection of beer and bar drinks. I recommend Crave to local and tourists!
Hands down one of the most amazing places we've ate at out of 11 years of vacationing.Online was ordering was easy. Had to call to confirm the hotel room number added successfully, staff was polite and, patient.Food was on time, they made sure to hand it directly to us, order was correct and food was phenomenal. Thank you so much!!!
Restaurant was very crowed & they had a great guitar player who sang but we were seated in that end of the restaurant & he was so loud that it hurt our & the children’s ears; we had to stuff cotton in our ears to endure it. We had Caesar salad, pizza & tiramisu. An Italian restaurant should be able to make a decent Caesar salad but theirs had nothing going for it so skip it. The shrimp pizza, a white pizza, was good as was the pepperoni. Children’s drinks are not included with their meal even though the drinks are listed on their menu with no prices. Be aware they charge a fee for paying by credit car. They have a small parking lot & offer valet parking.
Great recommendation from a friend. Food is really really good. Every appetizer is on point. The mussels have an amazing white sauce that will make your taste buds very happy.
Quaint family pub, just a walk from the resort we stayed at this was a fresh change. Friendly, accommodating, and killer margarita while I waited for my to go order. Food was authentic, fresh, and appreciated. Would suggest you give it a try- I think you will leave happy!
Crave has become one of my favorites on the beach. I am a local here and it is nice to have a dependable Italian spot. Food has been delicious the past couple of times we went. I love their wine selection. I do have one critique I must add; I ordered a cosmo. It was very heavy on the triple sec and cranberry, I would recommend all bartenders know how to make a good cosmo.
