I was over charged on two separate occasions. I let the first visit slide as they were really busy and mistakes happen. The second time I came to realize something fishy is happening. I got no mods, I bought a jr and regular tray 7+6, and two regular hamburgers 3.70+3.70. So that’s 13+ 7.40 .. 21.40, before taxes.. 29 and change after. Ain’t no way
I showed up with a huge order at 10pm on a Thursday. The drive-thru line was long, but moved fast. The man who took my order was friendly and on top of things. We spent $50 for 7 combo meals, which is very affordable. I was especially impressed with the speed and friendliness of the people working. And...my entire order was correct. Well done! We will absolutely be back. Thanks!
Get to the Cookout, everyone is goint. Honest, down to earth, reasonably priced favorites you'd find at your favorite neighborhood cookout plus a few favorites you wouldn't. Who doesn't love freshly grilled burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, fries, onion rings, hush puppies, and of course savory BBQ?The burgers are hot, fresh, and wrapped in foil to preserve all that juicy goodness. All of your favorite sides are available hot and fresh. There is an endless selection of shakes and malts to finish it all off.Cookout features hot and fresh fast food at a very reasonable price. Always a winner when we're looking for a quick bite on the run. Oh, and never fear if the line is long, the service is fast, so you'll be out in a flash.

Completely WASTED my time, money, and the food. Asked for a hot dog tray with ketchup onions mustard and chili. No chili on the dogs, somehow they put cole slaw on there. Moving on I ordered a walk-in taco no sour cream and told them i was allergic to it. They put extra sour cream on it AND NO MEAT. Asked for a BLT no Mayo. Got just bacon. this isn’t the first second or third time they have messed up the walk-in taco but I can usually eat the other food and it was late so nothing else was open. This was a 100% strike out. DO NOT GO HERE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Go anywhere else
rahdrea is AMAZING. she provided true customer service with a smile and most definitely has so much going for her. The food was incredible, fast and friendly service and overall good quality for the price!
I had a hankering for hush puppies and a local told us to try this place. First, you cannot go inside, either drive thru or walk up window. It's busy so clearly popular. It's a fast food joint and prices are not bad. I had a BBQ sandwich and they put a weird tasting cole slaw on it which ruined the entire sandwich. Leave that slaw to the side, dang stuff is nasty. Maybe spoiled? The hush puppies were OK. But absolutely no condiments included in the order. Some ketchup would be nice. While I'm at it....some napkins please. The shake is more like soft serve ice cream. You cannot drink it. Hard to eat BBQ without a few napkins. One lady had a hard time getting her extra large truck to make the tight turn in the drive thru and they wouldn't let her pick up her order at the walk up. A bit of an uncomfortable scene before manager came and handed the order. I am glad I got hush puppies but considering the hassle, I will pursue hush puppies elsewhere in the future.
We were the only customers in the drive through and there may have been one other car in the parking lot and I saw at least 3 women at drive through window and they could not ! Get our order right ! They repeated it wrong at the speaker we had to say it over and over maybe 4 or 5 times and when they handed it to us it was still wrong ! We just took the food and left ! I understand no one wants to work these low paying jobs ! And I don’t blame them. I hate to say it but I’d rather deal with a robot than just incompetent people . I could see if they were slammed with people ! But they weren’t . Oh well I should have just thrown a 20 dollar bill out the window .
Nothing like a fast affordable dinner on the run. Cook Out never disappoints us. A+ Milkshakes
Service was great, workers were really nice and respectful… however I found a a couple hairs on a couple of my hush puppies and there were a few more strands of hair on the bottom of the cookout tray. I’m not one to complain about one strand of hair in my food but when there’s more hairs in my tray than the amount of hush puppies, that’s a problem.
