I've been to this creamery twice and the same young lady that's working tonight which is Monday, May 9th was working last time I was there. She has the most pleasant personality with a lobby full of customers. Not one time did she act aggravated or overwhelmed..She's an amazing working and several people in front and behind me commended her on her personality as she work...Keep Her!!!!! She's so Amazing!!!!

Visited today to try the new plant based Silk dessert. Dominique assisted us and was wonderful and informative. Greeted us with a smile and very sweet and professional. We live Coldstone!!!
Not your typical ice cream shop. The ice cream is homeade. The toppings are folded into the ice cream. The young lady who helped us was very helpful and friendly. The ice cream was delicious.

They locked us out at 8pm! And they had customers inside and they laughed at us!
Dominique is awesome. She was running the store all on her own on a Saturday night. It seems that the person scheduled to work with her quit minutes before the shift and left her hanging. Even with a line of people to the door, she was polite and patient and treated everyone very professionally. I can't say enough good about her. My question is, where was the manager? As a small business owner, I can't imagine leaving my employees on their own like that. Thanks for taking such good care if us, Dominique!
The store advertised that they are open until 9. We stopped by at 8:40 and they were closed.
I love their ice cream. And ppl due to staff shortage they are closing early because ppl are slowing up and the Assistant manager had a stroke and quit so now her daughter that has two jobs is trying to stay there so please nice cause they don't have anybody to work. I know the ppl who work there.they are hard working ppl.they are struggling like everyone else you be nice to them. Yall will get positive fed back.
