went here and was very excited as cold stone is my favorite and i haven’t been in years, the service was slow despite 3 workers being out front and we were the only ones in the building.. usually that wouldn’t make me so angry but on top of that neither of are ice creams were very well chopped or softened on the slab. My boyfriends ice cream literally had 2 whole kit kats in it like not chopped at all . very disappointed and I never leave reviews.
I came here and tried the Silk chocolate almondmilk ice cream. I added in an Oreo mix-in since it was free. As someone who is sensitive to dairy, I think it is awesome they had this flavor available! The ice cream was very rich and smooth, and the oreos mixed in with it gave it a nice crunch. The people working were really nice, and the price as not as bad as I had initially thought it would be. We got the medium size, but we probably would have done fine with the small size.
Great ice cream but shame on management for scheduling 2 High School kids to deal with long lines. Two employees for a line that was continuously out the door.....good thing its not spring break.....oh, sorry, thats right,it actually is......
I took two 8 year olds and a 9 year old. They had never been. They absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back.
Such a great place!!!!! I took my wife and the grandchildren here the other day. There were a lot of people in line but the line was moving fast because of the hardworking employee behind the counter. His name was Patrick and he was a wonderful young man. He served us delicious ice cream. He never stopped smiling and was a joy to talk to. He deserves a raise as he is the definition of a role model employee. I got the Founder's Favorite, yummy. The grand babies loved their ice cream, and the ice cream added a ray of sunshine to our days. I know my grandchildren will have wonderful memories of us going to get delicious ice cream and I just wanted to thank Coldstone for the wonderful opportunity I can spend with my grandchildren. Thank you for your big proportions and your bigger hearts to give us such great ice cream.
I went on Monday (Labor Day) night at 8:30PM with a few friends. As soon as we walked in a young man told us they were closed. I mentioned to them if they are closed they might want to lock the door. The kid told me to F off. Also, the hours of operation stated on the door at 9PM and mentioned to please be patient they were short staffed. It is a shame to have an employee represent this company and behave the way they did. We weren't even allowed to go in b/c they were closed and treated horribly.
Visited this location Monday night. When first walking in, we were greeted with signs claiming how sanitary the business and staff were. Upon standing in line, we noticed a customer get a cup of ice cream and began eating it in line. The customer then decided he wanted a waffle cone so the employee scooped his ice cream out of his bowl and into his cone with the same utensils that were used in the line. The in between talking trash about the management forcing the employees to come in while everyone was off they began laughing and spit in my ice cream (no masks). The employee offered to fix new ice cream for us. Then while fixing the rest of our order, another employee began digging in his long hair (no hair net) and wiping his nose with his bare hands (no gloves) and without washing his hands continued fixing our order. I know there is a staff shortage but the customers should not have to suffer the consequences of such disgusting behavior. We could not eat our ice cream fir being concerned about what extra may have inside.
This is the second time we’ve found the restaurant closed when should be open Last year we called and they said they were open. We live close and 5 minutes after they were closed and cleaning. Tonight they were supposed to close at 9 and we got there at 843 and they were already closed and cleaning floors Very disappointed
We are visiting Myrtle beach for the first time and were thrilled to see a Cold stone here. Our local one is now closed. They always have great ice cream. Thank you for making us smile!!
Extremely rude and poor service. My wife asked a question and the young lady server did not know the answer and had to ask a colleague. Then she started making fun of her accent after we walked away.
