Ordered Crab ? Cakes that looked like Salmon patties, no Crab meat! my friend ordered the Fish Platter and the fish wasn't done. Our drinks were not good for the price, couldn't send it back. the service was slow because they were doing extra kitchen duties. the manager never came to the table to acknowledge the problem!?
I'll give it 2 stars because of the location but beyond that it wasn't very good. First, we saw our waiter to take a drink order, then to give our order, and the check, that's it. We asked for cocktail sauce, never brought it. They advertise about their oysters, but they were very sandy with small shell pieces. $12 for a bowl of shecrab soup that was mediocre at best. I've included a picture of the fish and chips. There were 2 pieces of fish, measuring at best 2x4 inches, almost all breading and perhaps an 1/8 of an inch of fish. We definitely won't be back.
We were looking for good seafood for my out of town parents. Clearwater did not disappoint. Delicious soups, both the She Crab and Clam Chowder but I already want another plate of Shrimp and Grits. Will definitely be back when we are in town!
Excellent service and our meal was delicious. We love the atmosphere.
Excellent location right on the intercoastal waterway with lots of outdoor seating and 3 huge bars. We had a seafood boil and it was outstanding. Nicely prepared and served on a large cookie sheet. Just had beer to drink so I cannot comment on the bar service. We will definitely go back - perhaps on a weekend when they have live music.
Enjoyed the Low Country Boil combo of 6 oysters, 12 shrimp and 14 mussels (half pound shrimp, half pound mussels). Perfectly cooked seafood, minimally spiced, cocktail sauce a necessity. Dinner tray also included many slices of andouille sausage, 2 3-inch pieces of corn on the cob, and slices of red potato. My friend enjoyed the fish and chips, which were served piping hot.
Had a very good experience here. My girlfriend got the grilled shrimp and I ordered the wagyu Burger but instead got the All-American Burger but was still very good. Great happy hour. Tried part of a chimichanga from a friend and it was delicious also because they serve Mexican food even though their website doesn't show it now. Would definitely go back again.
This place is amazing. Sometimes, things don’t go as planned. These are merely opportunities for businesses to show you what they are made of! I must say Tammy is extremely courteous, professional, and very genuine. John even came out to explain the mishap and made it right with a round of beers. Eric the chef was a Big teddy bear. He came out and chatted with my wife and I to share his cooking secrets. We came all the way from Phoenix, AZ and we visited this place twice! Super thanks and marvelous job! It makes me feel good to know there are still places who truly care about their customers!
Tonight was our first time there. We had appetizers, and seafood. Excellent. Service was good, each thing we ordered was delivered on time. Highly recommend this place. Will be back to try other things
We went last Friday and had a fabulous meal with amazing customer service and waitress. We even had a conversation with the manager about how wonderful everything was. He said “this is the happiest group I’ve ever had work for me”. We stopped by the next night for dinner. The parking lot was half empty with many empty tables. We walked in and the 2 hostesses couldn’t have been more disinterested in helping and borderlined on being hostile. We asked for a table of 2. “It’s a 30-40 minute wait”. “Can we sit at a table and wait?”. “No!”. They then proceeded to turn their backs to us and went back to talking to each other. The manager walked by right at that same time, he looked right at us and seemed to know what was going on. The visit was night and day different from the night before to the point that I’d probably never be back.
