I love love love Brittany !!! (I think that’s her name) she is always so welcoming when people come in, and just so sweet and bright. Also this chipotle is the best one around Myrtle beach. My boyfriend and i had a few bad times and food at the one by the mall. But the one in surfside is the best. But yeah love Brittany she’s a great employee and should be lucky to have her. Because it’s hard to find workers great like her.
Consistently messes up online orders, but tonight they decided to take it upon themselves to substitute meat without asking first. My husband and I drove 15 minutes there and another 15 minutes home only to open our food and discover that it wasn’t what we ordered. We understand that mistakes happen so we decided to drive another 15 minutes back to the restaurant to get the situation rectified. The people working told my husband that they chose to substitute another meat in with our steak because they weren’t going to put anymore steak on for the night. We don’t eat the meat they substituted it out with and they refused to do anything about it other than give us a number to call for a refund instead of doing it in the store. We left with no food, hungry, and very unhappy with the customer service provided. We will NOT be coming back. We went to Chick-fil-A to grab dinner where they are consistently pleasant and don’t mess up our orders.
Me and my emotional support 6 month old puppy order inside and was told I couldn’t bring him in because he didn’t have on the right vest. I suggested to show papers that he is undoubtedly is a emotional support puppy. No other chipotle has ever done this. I’ve been eating chipotle for years. 1 star because I nonetheless got my chipotle ?
We eat at this Chipotle every time we’re in town and it’s always been good - up til today. The chicken was super, super salty! I spoke with the manager to let him know (he said yes we put spices in it) this was a bottle of salt!! Anyway I told him we couldn’t finish it and to check the rest of the chicken - it’s not good for people with high blood pressure. Anyway “yuck” for today’s Chipotle and “thanks a lot” to the manager for NOT even offering us new chicken after I told him we couldn’t finish it! (I’ve never left half my Chipotle behind!!
How in the world can chipotle be CONSTANTLY out of items? I love their food and I used to eat there all the time. But it became the last option on my list of where to eat due to lack of ingredients to make a perfect salad or a burrito. I strongly recommend you call them before going there because 90% of a time they won’t have what you’re looking for. I did call coastal grand mall location and they said they had everything. Guess what, they lied. They were out of dressing. How can I order a salad with no dressing?! I called another location and they said they had everything and they really did. But when I asked for 1 extra cup of dressing they charged me. It would be a great customer service if they offered that one cup of dressing to me for free since I had to drive far. Instead, the cashier guy made a nasty comment when I told him other locations weren’t charging me for extra. He said: “Well, they are missing out on the money”. I was stunned by how blunt and disrespectful he was. I paid and walked out. I know there is not enough people that want to work, but by hiring young and immature people, the company should at least take responsibility for the inconsistency among their employees.
Was pretty typical. Food was good and table was wiped clean but the drink area was pretty bad and a few dispensers were broken or bent. Definitely needs some tlc in some areas.
This is one of the best chipotle I've been in. This crew is always friendly. The food is always fresh. The music is always fun. Don't forget to tip the crew.

Always charged different price for exact same order. Tonight was over $30 for 2 bowls. And was skimped on food, hardly gave us enough, especially for that price.
They ran out of chips! Very disappointed I couldn't get chips. That's like McDonald's not having fries.
