I never thought I would ever say this being a semi regular Chipotle patron. But they used absolutely too much guacamole when I placed an online order on June 11. I picked up my ordered and started eating. There was a lot of lettuce and the whole plate was covered with guacamole. At first I was excited because I'm used to getting pinches of guacamole when I order. But there was too much guac and only pinches of rice. The bowl would've been good if they had the normal amount of rice in it and used less guacamole. I started to take the food back and ask for my rice, but every time I got a scoop I saw a little rice. I won't come back to this location again.
Living in the area I was excited that there was a Chipotle because back in my hometown if I wanted to go to one I had to drive an hour away. my son myself and my grandson went in got two burritos chips and salsa and a kids meal and it was $38 we sat at the table and both of our burritos were ice cold like the tin foil had been kept in the refrigerator. I said you know what we'll just have her throw it in the microwave no big deal. wrong!!well guess what they told me there was no microwave and they didn't even offer to make us a new one or anything the girl looked at me like I had three heads when I told her it was ice cold and ask her if she could just heat it up in the microwave. I was very disappointed I don't know if I'll be making it back to that one. So we left and whenever to the mall and got dinner such a waste of money
There were issues with the Chipotle app as the order didn't make it to the store even though I was billed for it. However the store manager was very understanding and helped resolve the issue quickly by taking care of my order. They were out of some sides like fajita peppers and lettuce but 5 star for service!
Very dirty establishment. The grill was dirty the serving stations were dirty. The floors and tables were dirty and an eyelash was in my food.
I went inside and ordered and took it home. But they are open with all types of service available. The food is always fresh and fast. The curbside works that you go in and get your order off a shelf to the side of dinningroom without any contact neccessary.
This place Is always out of something most of the time are out of something that they have no reason being out of it. Not a good location at all portions kind of small too when they do actually have meat.
They were out of sweet tea and said it would take 2 hours to make. Kind of sad at prime meal time. Restaurant was nasty. Portions too small for $35 spent. First and last time visit. Can get more from Taco Bell.
I have ordered many time from this location and they are always so slow. They’ll have your order ready 20 minutes after it says. They also are always out of something, but won’t tell you until you open your bag and see they gave you salsa instead of queso. Today I went with my mother. We checked the app to make sure they had everything we get. It said they were only out of pinto beans. We went and they were out of two salsas. It looked like they had one of the salsas on the to go order side. We went outside to eat and went on the app to see if we could order a side of the salsa with chips. It was available on the app so we ordered. I thought maybe they couldn’t get the salsa on the to go order because they had set amounts for each side and I didn’t want to bother. We picked the asap pick up which would have been 12:00. We waited and waited and waited. It was now 12:15. I was standing right by the to go shelf for awhile. A worker finally asks me if I’m waiting for something. I told her I had ordered chips and salsa. She then tells me after seeing me standing there for at least ten minutes that they ran out of the salsa on the to go side. I just wish it would’ve said that on the app. Again not the girls fault. However these workers are so slow and usually will only give you half the portions of you order online. I highly suggest going to the location in Surfside. They always are fast and will have your order right.
Food & service was excellent. Only problem they were out of lettuce. Sort of kept a damper on a good experience.
Came in 15 minutes after opening and staff was too busy to chat with each other. Finally lady comes from back and let’s me know that they were out of 5 items. I used to eat at this location at least 4 times a week. Since customer service went down I give my money to chick Fil A because of their consistent customer service . I would consider changing management if you guys want local business.
