Delicious food, wish they hadn't taken away 2/$25 or at least have more choices on shareables ( appetizer) . My favorite server is Kelsea, she's top notch, excellent customer service.Managers could be more visible, interact with customers.

Happy 87th birthday my mother's ribs were cold,we had no way to heat them up. They must have been sitting in the window all day. Called restaurant spoke to manager, replied I had to bring food back . Manager made no effort to rectify issue, I was on the pay no mind list.. If you think I was going to drive back there while we are having a party. I want to leave no stars because I will not return to your restaurant. Thanks for the cold ribs. There's other establishments out there who would have done something. Thanks to Gino's that drove up with hot pizza for her to eat. The day was saved and mom was happy. Have a nice day ? I don’t expect much, going to chili’s. It’s decent food at a cheap price. But my family just got done eating there and it was literally the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Our server Kathy was an older woman in her 50s but she didn’t let that slow her down. Not only that but she made sure our kids got their food first instead of letting it sit in the light waiting to come out with the rest of our food. She also never touched the brim of our glasses and she always made eye contact when speaking to us. These sound like normal things that every server should do but it’s honestly a rarity these days. If the managers at Chili’s on 501 see this, don’t lose Kathy! She deserves something special, she made our day brighter when it wasn’t going so well! From now on when we come there we will be requesting her!
I have always loved Chili’s! Love the food! Great service while sitting at the bar. Their Caribbean salad was both healthy and delicious! I don’t remember her name, but the bartender was super cool. Dark hair, and young. She welcomed me as if I was a great friend which is nice going to the bar alone.

I tried a new item on the menu, the Smokehouse Combo. It was really good! I ordered the 3 item combo and a side Ceasar salad. I shared the combo with my daughter. The side salad was large, so I only had the Brisket Quesidillas. It was very good. My daughter loved the Roasted Street Corn.
some of the highlights ?? Well Andrew behind the bar was delicious to look at. He was also a very awesome bartender and waiter give that man a promotion !!! Food was delicious, margaritas were amazing as always. Compliments to the entire staff for the professionalism and being super friendly.
The It’s just wings items at this chilis are terrible! Probably the worst I’ve ever had! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They don’t cook the wings long enough! Some were under cooked! You get home see your fries are a soggy mess because they were bathing in the wing sauce! Fried Oreos are barely cooked! And that’s sad to mess up fried Oreos! I even gave them a second try and it was even worse the second time!?this place should be a shamed to serve that mess!!
