I was really upset and disappointed when a server who was inside a toilet stall for a few mins left the bathroom w/o washing hands. I’m not going to describe the employee but it was really heartbreaking. I bet he washes his hands before eating his meal.
When we walked in the line was long, but was moving very quickly. We got our food a lot faster than expected too. Everyone in this establishment was friendly as could be. Could not get up to get refills on our drinks because every time someone from our table stood up, an employee was right there offering to get what we needed.
The girl taking the order outside said oops when I pulled up. Now I know why because she did it to me too. Check your bags people, she didn't complete my order. Who knows how many she did this too that day. And it wasn't busy! This location not on point. Train your people!
First time eating at Chick-fil-A. Delicious food, though the portions are a little small. This particular location was quite nice, though very busy. Now if only they weren’t such corporate bible thumpers . . .
What an amazing pit stop experience with my year old daughter. All the staff had the southern hospitality, was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. The Manager even gave my daughter a chick fila cow.. Thank you for your amazing service.
I visit chick fil a nearly everyday. I was so excited about this location opening as we have a vacation home about 4 mins down the road and I wouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes just to get some CFA! After visiting this location twice, the horrible drive thru service, then getting a completely different order - I’d honestly rather drive 20 minutes out of my way. More training should have been done before this location opened. These employees DO NOT know what they are doing. However the food is still great like always, and the restaurant looks beautiful, the poor service does not meet my chick fil a standards & I will be going to the north Myrtle location from now on.
This location needs an improvement. It’s not the usual level you expect from Chik-Fil-A. The line is very slow and on multiple visits they forgot the sauce that I specifically asked for. Multiple employees walking around on cell phones looking bored with lines out the parking lot. Hope it improves.
Another great chick fil a. Very modern design inside. They do have outdoor seating but noticeably absent is a kids play ground. Service meets the high standards you would expect for being friendly. We were checked on several times to make sure that we had all we needed. The food was ready so fast that we had not even sat down and it was being delivered to our table.
GREAT FOOD! Great choices. Wonderful wait staff with good suggestions. Classy atmosphere and decor. Situated next to a pond full of turtles and ducks. Calm and pleasant. Best shrimp and grits ever!
Came to Myrtle Beach from New Hampshire it never had Chick-fil-A decided to give it a try and the girls there were very welcominging helpful and very pleasant most of the restaurants I’ve been around here haven’t been like that. Zenobia and crew were awesome and neat.
