Slowly getting worse and worse. Unfortunately this location is closer to my job than the location on seaboard. You place a mobile order which you can only pick up through drive through or carry out (no curbside option available in the app) only to wait in the drive through line for 15 minutes to then get told to pull into a spot and they will bring your order out. Makes no sense. Once you get in the drive thru line there is no getting out until you get to the window and Majority of the time, something is always missing from your order. Very annoying.
I usually do curbside but decided to drive thru. I really hate not just ordering through the post and having to order with a person. I like looking at the menu. I think it's pointless. But yesterday I went thru and had to park anyway and wait longer. So needless to say I'll continue to do curbside. The people are always nice of course. It's logistics.
Toxic workers.The sweet girl who took our order was awesome! Then we pulled up to the window to receive our food & 3 workers were standing at the window talking a whole lot of smack about their other coworkers. My husband and I were so uncomfortable because they were withholding our food to do this. I thought this was a Christian establishment & I believe Jesus said, "snitches get stitches."
Sad you should ask...Fries were hot but soggy...chicken strips (2 4pcs) were just this side of burnt. Called the store to tell them that this unit is slowly blemishing the excellent reputation that the company has.
I mobile ordered through the app 30 minutes prior to pickup and I still had an additional wait in the "drive thru waiting area" once I arrived. We frequent this location once or twice a week and I can't recall a single time when I have not had an issue. Save yourself the hassle and drive 5 more miles down the road to the location on Seaboard street. Never any issues and quick, fast service over there. I will not order from this location again.
Food was good as it normally is. The only reason I couldn't give the 5th star was because of the ordering process in the drive thru. I don't see it being any faster ordering from a talking box or ordering from a teenager with a tablet. Actually seemed to really slow down the ordering process at this location. Of course we will be back though...because it's Chick-fil-A!!!
Fast and friendly service. Food was hot and shacks were really good! Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is the buns of our sandwiches were too greasy/buttery.
Food is expensive for what you get and lines are way too long. Not worth the wait half the time. I ways seem to get old soggy fries and water downed lemonade
Chick-fil-A always has the most polite employees, but today was even better. I went through the drive-through line at lunch day, and the young female that they had working the window had the absolute best attitude and sweetest soul. You can tell without a doubt her spirit exhilarates the love of Jesus. Thank you for making my day, Mikayla!!!
Ordered thru the drive thru. Chicken tenders and potato wedges, and a Grilled chicken sandwich . Friendly service. Very busy we had to pull over and wait for 6 mn.
