I'm inbetween appts today .Came to the 544 Myrtle Beach location at 932 amI want to say this is the 1st time in 6 years I have truly been disappointed with product and service .I ordered CFA Chix Biscuit breakfast meal .I substituted hashbriwns for yogurt parfait .Look at the menu board vs what you get .4 slivers of strawberries and 2 blueberries on top.Brought it unopened to the front and showed what little fruit was on there .I asked if this was a mistake or more fruit.The redheaded young lady appeared new ,and she spoke to a blonde hair girl in charge .She was curt and in voice tone unfriendly and replied "This is how it's made." She did not acknowledge me or even come to talk directly to me .Never have I been dissatisfied with service and product than today .Food is expensive and it was a treat to use my gift card .
$50 on food. Order incomplete. Fries cold.Get home. 5-7min .Realized this. Call back. Attitude from hell.Gave no receipt. Bank app showed we just came. At first manager didn't want to remake food. And make sure it was complete. So we asked for a refund. She says no. No. No.Then we said we'll dispute it with the bank.HmmmRefunded quick.Gave that awful food back.Everyone was great but the old Caucasian woman that's the manager.... PLEASE RETIRE HER BACK TO THE NURSING HOME.
Despite the high score you see for this location, there are problems that they do not tell you about. They completely disregard customers who come in the actual dining room and order. This is now the third straight time and a month that I have seen orders of people that entered the dining room after me get their food before me. All I order is a simple Chick-fil-A sandwich waffle fries and nuggets. The three easiest things to make and the things they had the most sitting around underneath their heat lamps. But yet they repeatedly say they are holding items but they won't explain what they're holding them for.. I guess instead of being polite and waiting my turn even though based on the timer on my phone it took 10 minutes to get sandwich nuggets and waffle fries. Instead of being a calm individual, I should raise my voice flag down any server that is close to me and tell them I've been waiting here for a very long time so where is my food? cuz that guy got his food within 30 seconds of doing that yet when I asked where my simple order was I got the story of now holding items and it still took three more minutes. A total of four or five minutes after a man who came in 4 or 5 minutes after me got his food because he basically asked for it. I don't think I should have to ask for my food when I am the only person waiting for food other than the doordash people and that angry man. Please don't let the my pleasure that they all robotically state to you upon walking away from you as being good service. Surfside Chick-fil-A has horrible service.
This place repeatedly has gotten our orders wrong. Never had a bad experience with chic fil a until this location. I have given the benefit of the doubt but none of the other locations are making mistakes like this one.
Went inside for service at this restaurant today. The staff were polite and nice. Food was great. Got in my car to leave and the employee directing traffic was very rude. Flailing her arms around. I apologized to her because I thought she was trying to help me back out and she said "I wasn't talking to you" very mean. Sorry I apologized Felicia!
Stopped in for a sandwich after shopping a little. Service was great and staff was friendly. Nice and clean dining area. They were busy but customers were waited on in a timely manner.
First time will go again. I tried the deluxe chicken with lettuce and tomato very good. The chicken was so tender, it took no effort to bite through the chicken. Didn't like my waffle fries they were soggy.
Drive thru was terrible. I asked for a chicken sandwich w/cheese and fries. Got a chicken sandwich with no cheese and the sandwich and fries were cold. Made macdonald's look good.
Chick-Fil-A at this location is awesome and highly recommend going to.
This is by far the worst Chic-fil-A I have ever been to. Numerous times I come by and am given cold food, cold greasy, taste like it was microwaved food. Not to mention the attitudes of the staff, the staff and particularly the younger staff act like they are so above other fast food restaurants, with their personalized Surfside Chic-Gil-A sweaters and the taste of their bad attitude comes out in the food. Literally every other a Chic-fil-A in the area doesn’t have this problem and if they want to fix it they need to look at the new location they opened in North Myrtle as an example of how to treat customers and what standard to provide when someone pays almost 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich. Honestly I would rather eat at the Arby’s across the street because at least my food comes out fresh. A disappointment time and time again. I’d avoid at all cost and not waste your money here.
