Amazing staff and great customer service, personable and genuinely warm. My wife and I had an issue with her entree, but Alyssa the manager, and Jenny, our server were very professional and accommodating, genuinely apologizing for the mishap and took care of the issue quickly! Alyssa expertly made light of the situation by making us laugh, which helped us transition from an awkward moment. We’re truly grateful and will return for future meals. Drinks were great, and my entree was excellent.
This was a wonderful and enjoyable experience! Niko, our server was awesome.....friendly, attentive and helpful! And the food.....fabulous!!! I had the lasagna which was large, delicious and hot. Perfect!!! Hubby had the spaghetti and meatballs which were equally perfect!! We were “happy campers” and walked out happy and grateful for our great experience there. We will surely be going there again when in town!!
Always amazing tasting food!! The lasagna and the chicken trio is my fave. The chicken is always delicious and has the bbq taste that I love. The brownie dessert is to die for. And the complimentary bread is incredible. My husband and I devour it. The salads are great, the severs are always friendly. Just great :)

loved everything about this restaurant from being greeted at the door to service was very great even my waitress Terry was very excellent was on top of everything he did and so much more I can't wait to go back hopefully I get him again. also appreciate the manager for asking us was everything okay as well what a great team they have.
We love Carrabba's to begin with and last night was no different. The food was great as always and the service was great too. Definitely one of my go to restaurants in Myrtle Beach.
The food was ok and a lil saltier than expected, but what gives this a 5-star rating is our waiter, Bill C who took such lovely care is us it really felt like we were visiting an old friend. I’ve been to a lot of places all over the world and most waiters do it like it’s just a job, but Bill - he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He even walked us out and held the door for us. God Bless your kind heart Bill C. We all love you!!Now, if. I’ll C left this place and went to XYZ, I’d gladly follow him there.
We had the best experience because of the service we got from Bill! Very efficient and always right there when you needed him, felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Very rare to see this kind of service from a waiter and plus all the food was perfect and delicious 10/5 stars
Went to Sugarland tx. Location. Waiter was very good. I ordered chicken and truffle fries. Something had quite a bit of msg in it. I usually do ok with small amounts but this was more than I could handle. 6 hours of a blinding migraine. I worked at a French restaurant in mid 1970s and we had powdered msg. Used it in soups, salads, sauces. I put it in everything because it enhanced flavors so well but now I’m so allergic to it. If your not allergic, then this is a great atmosphere, food and drink place for anyone
