This place is great. Plenty of adjacent parking, excellent food, super nice staff that’s efficient and fun. And the live music gets pumped throughout the building. Definitely one of my favorite places to play in the grand strand!
Great service, food was pretty good and they had a huge selection of beer and liquor which is really the important part right? A darts board, bunch of TVs, and the place being pretty busy tops it all off.
This is an awesome local place with fabulous food from Dagwood's Deli. Hate to ruin it for the locals, but wow! Incredibly friendly people!
Incredible local pub scene. No tourists. Best pub food ever. You will thank me. Myrtle Beach always amazing and Don at Ocean 22 hooked us up.

My wife and I enjoy what we call bar food and a good drink when we travel. What we experienced at Bumsteads was so much more. A security guard at an event heard us discussing options and suggested Bumsteads; he described it as a great favorite with locals and large repeat customer base. It had a comfortable vibe, was clean and busy. Even being busy, we were seated right away and had 2 great drinks within minutes. We were just looking for a couple of appetizers to hold us over to supper. The waiter suggested the blackened Mahi. He said the Mahi was so good he bought it to cook at home himself. With an endorsement like that, from the guy who'd have to take the complaint if it wasn't good, we were sold. It was as good as any fish I've had in fine dining restaurants and a very pleasant surprise from what we expected. The other food was just as great, drinks were consistant and quick. An ideal experience.
First visit here…I came through to watch the Super Bowl…definitely my last time here. Service was S L O W and for some reason the owner kept randomly playing the Redskins fight song wayyyyy to loud throughout the entire night ??♀️ the ceiling fans were on high and our table was freezing not a great memory…
