I like Bojangles as much as anybody. As a frequent flyer at a near by park I have eaten at this one many times over the years. Every single visit is a trudge. The staff is just usually not in a pleasant mood and the line moves abnormally slow, comparative to other Bojangles. This last visit they messed up my order, but the gentleman working was more concerned with telling me how I ordered it incorrectly instead of just fixing it. I wasn't blaming him, but he was bent on blaming me for some reason. I'm a very easy going person and normally don't even bother complaining, but given how often I've received poor service here I felt I need to mention it.
I have been a patron of Bojangles for a long time! This is by far the best location I have visited. My husband and I were on vacation in Myrtle Beach and I wanted a biscuit. The steak biscuit and bo-rounds were fresh and piping hot. Because my experience was so good the day prior I returned the next day before getting on the road. Great food and customer service ?!!!
Update: had their new chicken sandwich and it was quite good!Love love love Bojangles!Previous:Today I enjoyed the Cajun filet biscuit with egg (and a side of gravy, yum!) My guest had country ham biscuit meal. The bo-rounds are so yummy!
This Bojangles is good. Fresh hot biscuits and chicken dinners and sandwiches ready early enough that I can pick them up on the way to work to have for lunch. Good ice tea. Friendly and efficient service. Very clean. Highly recommend this particular location.
Restaurant clean and food hot and outstanding!Bojangles has an annual competition for their biscuit makers, and their head dude has won the national competition three times. Needless to say, their biscuits were top notch!
We get the family variety feast…it’s awesome. 3 side dishes, biscuits, 12 tenders, 8 pieces chicken ad 1/2 gal tea. I met the manager, I believe his name was Todd…what a very nice man, hard working and a caring nature. Everything was delicious. We had company and they loved it too. We enjoyed these sides: Mac and cheese, bo taters, & dirty rice….all excellent. The bone in chicken has a great slightly spicy kick to the breading. We really like it. I added boberry biscuits and they were yummy! Around Valentine’s Day they are shaped like hearts ? We will return. Occasionally you can find some coupons….definitely worth it!
We ordered 2 grilled chicken salads and didn't get lettuce with it. We were given a leafy green ( kinda like a small leaf type ) substitute. Would have been nice to have mentioned that to us, so we could have chosen differently. We have always been served lettuce with our salads, so that was surprising ???
Kind of dissatisfied. No coffee in pot for refill. Gave me a small cup when I asked for large. And a small sweet tea is $1.99 seriously? Fries way to salty...my lips are burning and I swear my blood pressure shot up 10 points! They do have good biscuits though.
These folks on the night team told us they didn't have any wings at 7pm. Then proceeded to take the food my folks ordered and gave it to another car in the drive thru while we were inside. Htf you offer 3 wing dinner and can't provide wings? They were being lazy...
A good spot for a quick bite as we were riding around. Biscuits was some of the best.
