This os a mixed review for us. Whike visiting family in South Carolina our experience was just wonderful. The food was good and the service was superb. However when we decided to visit another Bob Evans, the experience was quite the opposite. We were a party of 4 and were seated at a booth that was smaller than your average booth. We asked if we could be moved and without hesitation we were told no. And YRS, there were plenty of vacant tables and booths.I wish I could remember which location was the better one. ?
My husband wanted to go there. He was very happy with his meal. The waitress brought me the wrong order. No problem. After a long wait she brought me another order which was wrong again. Told her what I ordered figured she wrote it down she should of had it correct since she had his correct. Told me she would get my order. Told her to forget it since my husband was already done eating and wasn’t waiting another 20 mins for a third meal to be brought out. I’m sure that would of been wrong also.

Our favorite comfort meal: “Fork-Tender Pot Roast” in a light gravy with baby carrots, sweet onions, tasty mashed potatoes, and two biscuits or dinner rolls. You’ll surely clean your plate and know that you’ll order this delight again on your next visit. Great service from Megan. I recommend going there...great food! I never had anything I didn't like! The servers are always friendly! You get your food in a timely manner.
It was four of us. We all had breakfast meals which they serve all day for dinner. There was an issue with three of the four meals My grandson (free children night) ordered pancakes with Strawberry Syrup, and they did not tell us they were out of the Strawberry Syrup until they set his plate on the table. Should have been told when ordering when a main item on a meal it out. My daughter's French toast had TWO hairs on one piece. They were "so gracious" to remove the charge from our ticket but not sure there was a " I am sorry." When my plate was sat down at once said my meat was patty sausage and they had bacon on it. They did bring me the sausage and since plate was sat on the table had to leave the bacon. The sausage was fried till back on one side. I believe it was our waitress who spilled some milk or cream on the floor as she brought us over filled cream for the coffee. One customer mentioned to an employee is how I became aware of it and the milk was never cleaned up. We were very disappointed with our experience. Very sad for a great location and facility. We then understood why so few cars in the parking lot based upon our experience.
My granddaughter likes the piggy pancakes.
Ordered my usual pot roast sandwich which was excellent. Potion was large enough to take half home for later.
Our server was wonderful. There were 11 in our party. She took very good care of us. Food was good as well.
Nice atmosphere great food and service and the mason jars gave that breakfast at home feeling
