Very conveniently located, stayed at the hotel across the street. They have a lot of flavors, but give wooden spoons with the ice cream. It can get crowded. Good for a quick ice cream.
This Ben & Jerry’s location on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach is a great place to go for everything that you would expect in a Ben & Jerry’s and more. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need. Well worth a visit for quality ice cream.
The ice cream was delicious, but they only give wooden spoons and paper straws. I can't stand those straws and it ruins the milkshake I got so I had to drink it without a straw - not fun.
Lexi and Accora were very nice servers and very helpful with flavors of ice cream. We are tourists and they had very big smiles ? ?
4/21 my family and I where in town visiting we decided to take a walk for ice cream. Let me tell you the place was packed. There was one emplyee working she was amazing there's no way I could have done it. Very polite and hardworking. I felt bad because you could see it was alot going on but she did it and I sat and watched while eating my ice cream she deserved. The whole 20$ tip. We will be coming back
Tried to go here with my son at 3:09 PM today. Door was unlocked, we walked in and the lady behind the counter said they don’t open until 3:30 PM. No big deal. We went to the ice cream parlor around the corner. As we were walking back from there, 5-6 people were in line inside this same Ben & Jerry’s and being served. It was 3:22 PM.The owner/manager might want to make a decision or two here. This doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident judging by other reviews.
We went in to get ice cream tonight at 8:30 and got in line. The girl behind the counter told us they were closed after the people in front of us. She wasn’t nice about it either. The door wasn’t locked. The lights weren’t off. Really!!!! Horrible customer service!!! We went to a local business Kirk’s Ice Cream. They couldn’t have been nicer. Wow!!!! Take a lesson!!!!
Very disappointed about the broadway location, not sure if this is the right outlet but I brought my family with me hoping to get a few cones of the ice cream we love so much about 20 mins before 9pm on A Friday night but when we get to the door the young man had already locked the shop up and was mopping the floor. Sadly to say my kids where very disappointed about this anyways as a business I find more professional to actually stay open the hours you have posted and listed on the door and the web again this is for the broadway location in myrtle beach Sc thank you and have a good night
Disappointed like the last review, nothing has changed from two months ago. My hubby and I stopped for ice cream and got there at 7:34 and the doors were locked, worker said they closed at 7:30 but the time on their website said 9:00.
Good strawberry ice cream,had nice staff! Fast service.
