When it comes to health & the items to get or keep you that way… they have it ALL! Plus a nice inside outdoor seating area for the small healthy treats place located in the back of store. It was somewhat expensive in my opinion but then there were things that were not! It’s like a modern holistic medicine shop with a food and beverage place located in the back! I got exactly what my physical therapist told me to get, had to have help to find it but the staff helped me . They were very friendly and helpful! Lots of vegan options for the lifestyle needs and for a snack in the back.
Bay Naturals is not only a health food grocery store but also a restaurant. I had the combo half sandwich and salad. It was delicious, organic fresh ingredients with homemade dressing. Loved the micro greens on the salad. Enjoyed eating on their outdoor patio. Always consistently good.
Bay Naturals is my favorite go to healthy place. They have hands down the absolute best salad on the Grand Strand. The ingredients are always so fresh. The base is greens topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded beets and carrots, micrograms, and slices of avocado. I also love the tuna salad sandwich and the side of beet salad. Also, be sure to try some of their vegan baked goods. They're incredible!I highly suggest sitting outside. They have a beautiful outside sitting area.
After several days of eating southern and Italian fare, we were in desperate need of our healthy lifestyle.? What a wonderful surprise to find Bay Natural’s kitchen. There were so many delicious, healthy choices it was hard to decide!The avocado grill sandwich sounded amazing to me, minus the mozzarella…not a problem! They subbed out vegan cheese for the mozzarella and holy smokes!!!! The sandwich was superb!!! My husband ordered the Turkey kale wrap special and it did not disappoint! When you order a sandwich you get to choose your side…mine was the fresh, sweet apple and beet slaw, and my guy got a side salad with the house made green goddess dressing…my only sadness was that I didn’t get the salad with the dressing…THAT DRESSING!!! Wowza! So flavorful…much so that I got a side of it to add to my sandwich, which truly put it over the top.But I would be remiss if I didn’t talk about the LENTIL SOUP…thee best lentil soup I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot in my life!). Ask for the hot sauce on the side…it elevates the flavors even more!!!Delicious healthy food for vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, alike…don’t be turned off by “healthy,” …it’s just FABULOUS food.Can you tell I’m excited??? Honestly, I’m truly upset we just learned of Bay Natural a couple of days before our departure because we would have been there for many meals!!! I would come back to Myrtle Beach just for this place????
It was very comforting to find somewhere to get some delicious vegan food. I’m visiting from out of town and always have to worry if I will find anywhere to eat. Glad to see veganism becoming more accessible.Staff are friendly and food is great. Everyone should try this place!
I really enjoyed this store! I found it while searching for an oat soap. I had asked Clay, who is SUPER kind, if they had any at the time and they didn’t. However, he wrote my name down, exactly what I was looking for (oat soap, minimal ingredients, gentle, etc..) and said they could look up some brands, and have them on the delivery truck by the following week with no extra charge. I thought that was awesome!! I love that this store will help provide what you may be looking for, even if they don’t supply it at that given moment. Every person I’ve encountered here has been delightful. the smoothies are delicious too!! all around an excellent place and I’m lucky to have the opportunity to shop here!
They have an amazing selection of vitamins, supplements, and foods! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend checking out their in house restaurant, the avocado toast is delicious.

Cliffy Immune Smoothie-strawberry, pineapple, blueberry, banana, liquid goldenseal, liquid echinacea, &vitamin C. Paired with Wild Alaskan Salmon Burger on a millet and flax bun, and spicy mustard. Nice to find such healthful fare so far from the Pacific coast. Worth the stop, plus this location also sell health foods (I ran out of Ceylon cinnamon and they have it here at a most reasonable price) The best cure for winter illness is eat healthy before you get ill, and this lunch counter has what a body needs, in a friendly and time effective manner. Kudos
