This location is not open until 10:30. Went at 10:10 for a door dash delivery and the employees inside wouldn’t acknowledge us at all.
Always out of what's ordered via delivery services. Not very consistent
Excellent service, happy girls working there. They talked to us like they had known us their entire life. Helped making the best decision on ice cream and yes you know it we got donuts ? as well. Great food, great service, clean store, happy people. We had a banana split without the banana due to their's was a little to brown for my liking. The boat was so full of the best syrup, nuts, pineapple, strawberries ?

Awful service, workers act like they don't like their job! I drive 30 plus minutes to get a cappuccino blast and eighter machine is not working or they don't have the ice cream or mix. No effort what so ever. Also i asked for chocolate swirl for my frozen mocha and i couldn't even drink it because it had so much chocolate . Never again

What is a coffee with Splenda and cream and only got cream. Wanted 50 Munchkins 30 jelly mix the rest only got about 10 jelly and mostly blueberry. Not the worst experience I've ever had but when everyone was expecting one thing and got something else.
Waited 10 minutes for one small smoothie, workers distracted and not paying attention. Once my smoothie was done one of them spilled coffee and had to clean it up. My smoothie was just on the counter and the workers were ignoring it.
I am never one to leave bad reviews as I have worked in the f&b industry for 15 years but this is the third time I’ve been there when they were out of everything that was advertised. I asked for 5 different things that they were “out of.” I live across the street and every time my kids get their let hopes up about a certain advertised item they’re let down.
