Horrible experience. Cashier ( who was black) was extremely rude, very racist acting. Manager / owner pulled cashier and told her to take a break, then began making excuses for her attitude. Wanted me to try and understand that anyone that works in Myrtle Beach are being over worked. Really? We work too jerk. Will NEVER be back!A bunch of a**holes.

If only negative stars were an option on Google! One of the worst places period. Service was rude, food was sub par, especially for the price. It was WAY too expensive. And you lose another star for NO FREE REFILLS on your extremely overpriced soda. Take my word for it, just go to one of the many restaurants in the same area and get some real food. You'll be paying about the same price anyway and be getting a LOT more for your money.

Ordered a pretzel it was hard wanted a refund and couldn't get one so got the bites they wasn't much better wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
If I could give half a star, I would. I LOVE Aunt Annie's, seek them out wherever I go. This one at Broadway was a REAL disappointment. I walk in and didn't get guys name ( blonde hair kid..looked 12). Anyway, wanted a cup of regular nugget pretzels ( only 2 on display). He just walked away from a fresh out of oven batch. So I asked if I could have a cup of those( 2 in display didn't look appealing). He said no those were for another location....really. He said there's 2 here, sure but I'd like the fresh ones. Again, those are for another location. I said okay, YOU just lost a sale and walked out. On way home stopped at Mall location(Auntie fix)He could have dumped one of those 2 that he wanted me to buy in with the FRESH ones and satisfied the customer. I work in food service and would have done exactly that. Of course, I will go to Aunt Annie's again just NEVER AGAIN at Broadway. Also, since when does one location make them for another(asking for a friend)??
The food was good as any Auntie Anne's but the one guy working there was very aggressive with how many people were allowed inside and as soon as the other part of my ground stopped inside and was about to place an order he came right from the back of the store and told them they had to wait outside until my order was completed so obviously they just left and went somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place for any amount of people more than two.
We were there in early March and the whole area wasn't busy so I'm assuming that the pretzels we got had been made the week before as they were very stale. They couldn't even bother puttin butter on them and acted like it was a big deal when we asked for some.
