I love Auntie Annies, especially their cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and they are always served hot and fresh!! The customer service is always EXCELLENT as well!!
Well I think their current rating speaks for itself...Went to get the kids a snack and was told that they don't give change back and to use exact change or they would keep it or I could use a card. I reluctantly used my card but asked several times if this was a corporate policy or franchise policy and got no answer and the person at the register refused to answer and pointed at the sign. She called the next person and refused to talk to me. I couldn't even ask for a refund. I called the manager and was hung up on. Called corporate and found out that this is a franchise rule and logged complaints about the customer service. I was contacted by the franchises HR department and they asked for my receipt and it's been over a week and I haven't heard a word from them. I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this establishment. When other businesses run out of change, which is only happened to me one other time in my entire life they round down and don't steal your money. I feel like this franchises using this old narrative of coin shortage to be extra profitable, which is morally wrong and would add up to a very large sum of money over a year.
Closed before 6pm at a mall location at that. What a joke? Bad customer service too.
Spent 20 bucks here with no possiblity of a refund. My daughters pretzel was soggy, my pretzel bites were rock hard, and my youngest got the hot dog pretzels that were also very hard. Definitely check your food before you pay.
we had a coupon from an auntie anne’s email that they refused to honor. instead, they had us step to the side and wait just to put us back in line and say they would give a discount. they didn’t. when we got to the counter, the girl said she put one in which she clearly did not and when they finally did, it was about 7% when we had a buy one get one free pretzel. we were there to celebrate an accomplishment and left very dejected.
The plain Pretzel nuggets were not cooked all the way , pizza nuggets just plain terrible. The only positive take away is that it was so bad I won't go back .unbelievable waste of money
