Ordered 2 cheddar beef meals one lg and one sm. Got the lg one but only the sm sandwich for the other one. When I asked for my drink he said. You didn't order one. I said I ordered what he did just in a all. Puts the cup on the counter and total attitude.Pay attention to the customers and not the people goofing off in the back. 3 different customers in less then five mins came back for missing items they ordered.HORRIBLE SERVICE.NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.GET A KIOSK ...........
So apparently Jesse was having a rough night . I know because he made ot clear before we ever started ordering. After patiently waiting for the order to be taken he talked like we were dumb for asking for the sandwich as a meal. As we waited at the window for our order I listened to him do exactly the same thing for the next order. Behind us. Seriously unprofessional and uncalled for.
Nice Arby's. Looks clean, staff at drive through quick and nice, gave my Boston Terrier a chicken nugget.I'd come (run) from the Surfside Hardy's, which was a horror show (no service and questionable maintenance). This sparkling Arby's was fast food oasis.I'd advise you hold the sauce on the Kobe burger {which is good} but sauce can be sloppy.
I visit this particular Arbys on a regular basis , at least once a week, and I have always appreciated the friendly staff and tell everyone their milkshakes are the best. Today 5/6/22 at approx. 11:45 am, I drove up to the speaker and a staff member stated “…I’ll get with you when I can”, which took me back a bit. I ordered a medium shake and when told the price I thought perhaps she mistakenly ordered me a large because I know in the past a large was somewhere around $4 or so. When I got to the window and questioned as to whether the price went up, instead of simply responding with a yes or no, the cashier barks at me and says “have you been to Walmart lately the price of eggs and everything has gone up!”. I realize everyone is looking for workers these days and they are in short supply, but I think any staff member who is placed at the window needs to be trained to be a little more courteous.
We tried to go in the lobby, it was closed. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without moving and were the 3rd car back to order...so we decided 10 minutes per car was a bit long to wait even with the labor shortage so we left. At least they were open, we tried the arby's closest to the house and it was just closed no note nothing.
This event occurred 04/07/2022 at 3:54pm I ordered a 4 piece nugget kids meal but upon receiving my order realized Daniel the Cashier charged my card for a 6 piece nugget kids meal that I clearly didn’t order and on top of that had to wait for the nuggets. Didn’t really have time to go back and get a refund so instead I will never visit this location again in fear of the same BS. And I suggest you shouldn’t as well!
Got the crispy fish sandwich at the Arby's on 544 in front of the Walmart and it was fantastic they were short-handed the wait was a little bit longer than normal but it was well worth it very very good
I stopped because it was close and I was very hungry. The fish is back and delicious. I saw chicken nuggets and I ordered some. They were big chunks of meat and hot. No more of those other nuggets for me.
Gyro in the microwave warm up Raw meat and bread doesn’t make no sense they need to take that off the menu
Arby's is always a good place to eat whenever you want some good comfort food. They do have a great menu and provide a good quality/quantity meal.
