Spent over an hour in the drive-thru and then my bun was completely charred and my fries were ice cold. It was a complete waste of my time and $20.
I love to stop at Wendy's to grab something to eat! Even though they're short on staff, the staff that is there are exceptional!They serve you service with a smile and the food is always hot and the french fries are always crisp!!!If you're in any area near Wendy's for this particular location which is on 17 bypass across from Belk's. I save some money on my order and ordered a $5 sack meal! Great deal. I got a junior cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, french fries and to drink. It was not only delicious and hot but a great deal. So try Wendy's and I'm sure you'll love it.
The food was good for the most part. They were so busy everybody should have received hot food. But they were under staffed, which wasn't unusual. An i didn't mind that so much. It was the lady at the counter complaining to us customers about how they were under staff an she didn't like working there. Not paying attention to the food behind her to get us server's an out the door. When she should have been helping her fellow employees getting orders made. Ther was more people in drive throu an 3 of us inside. Also the elder man walking around talking about his high blood pressure.
Very stingy with sauce I wanted to make my whole meal a large instead she charged me for large fries in stead of doing the whole combo large. Which includes the drink. When somebody asks for there meal to be made a large it goes for the drink as well. I don’t know why I went back to this Wendy’s their service always sucks. Last time I went the cashier charged me for a double when I wanted a single. When they finally got that straight they gave me the wrong order. I’m like what. The one in Georgetown is way better. Go to poppies burgers if you want a burger. Oh and the receipt printer is broke so.
Food was fresh just like I ordered french fries were hot and crispy overall fantastic
Ok food but it seems everyone there hates the job or maybe it's the concept of being there. Either way took me 25 minutes to get 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers with at least 8 employees no where close to fast food
Normally this Wendy’s is great. Gets my food right, and quickly. Always nice but this last time there were three people running the drive thru window and they only got 1 part of my order right. I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit combo, #4, and I got sausage and honey butter on a biscuit. I ordered the #5, sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo and I got bacon egg and hollandaise on a biscuit and they only got one drink right. Ordered a sweet tea with each combo and I got one sweet tea and one unsweet. Is there no quality control anymore? Won’t be returning to this location any time soon.
I love the taco salad! Hubbie gets the Dave's single and who doesn't want a fresh baked potato!Place was very clean, workers very friendly.
The food is always good but every time I've gone in the last 10 years you are literally waiting at least 30 minutes . No exaggeration. Last night, let me remind you its February not july, 42 minutes between ordering and paying and receiving the food
Fries were hot,Burger was cold n had the least amount of condiments on it possible. Employees at pick up window could have cared less
