The guy cooking tonight, 7/24/22 was fantastic. I don’t know how he did it, but he kept up more then the server did!
Very bad place to eat and work… I came in with my Girlfriend and Friends to eat ..A Female worker asked my Girlfriend she should leave me ..I think she was a Supervisor at night around 2 am … The food was nasty … Very rude people day shift isn’t any better I asked to speak with a Manager the same guy that was the same outside flirting with Female employees .When I met with him How can he be a Manager acting like this .
This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. We waited an hour and a half for our food and it was burnt and had hairs in it. One of us ordered a dish with sausage, and the sausage came out undercooked. This was after waiting on it for over an hour at this point. When we tried to voice our concerns (in a polite manner) our waitress kept cutting us off,”. She told us that it wasn’t necessary to explain. Once the hair (which was obviously not ours) was discovered in the food, we left. Something desperately needs to be done at this location!
Pulled in to get food and the young lady with brown hair was chewing at her hands for atleast 2 mins. Saw the older blondle lady take the trash out and not wash her hands. Did not even get out. Although she could've washes her hands, makes me think of the cleanliness of establishment and FOOD.
The food was ok. Very basic selection. The servers were all having a very loud conversation about tips and our server repeatedly ate off the grill in full view of customers. Would not recommend.
Really quiet in there tonight but the thing lady Symone was an amazing thing lady. She was very thorough and had such a great smile and presence. You doing see baby young people with the manners she had.
Possibly the most embarrassing trip to a Waffle House I’ve ever seen. Our waitress Debbie was awful to us and to her coworker. She took our order back wrong atleast 4 times. Finally the other girl who was cooking I believe was named Lexi came over and got our order right. She made our food properly and brought it out to us. Debbie proceeded to yell at her. Got in her face and made a huge scene. Then proceeded to go over to her table of friends and talk trash about her coworker loudly in front of everyone. She threatened to call the manager on her and then did and told the manager there was about to be a fight. Multiple customers left due to Debbie’s yelling and incompetence. She repeatly blamed Lexi for all of her problems. Debbie was talking to her friends throughout the two hours we were there and ignoring plenty of customers. Lexi held herself together very well. I would’ve walked out with the toxic and awfull way she was treated. This happened at #1569 Debbie shouldn’t be allowed to degrade and put down other employees the way she did .I foresee her causing many issues in the future at this store
Love the one On Red Bank rd. Friendly waitres and Was atentive TO us. Welcoming. Food was delicioso. Will always come back.

This is the best Waffle House I have found. The food and staff at this location are just better! WH eggs are perfect, the bacon is perfect and the coffee is perfect and don't get me started about the hash browns as I dream scattered smothered and covered!One day I hope to be brave enough to order my hash browns "all the way" Watched a neighboring table order all the way hash browns and was a sight to behold.I love the place, visit about twice a month.
