This is a great little spot I've been to several times over the years, and though the service can be wicked slow at times (even with only a few customers, it sometimes seems to take forever), the ice cream itself is SO GOOD, and I never hesitate to return.

It is so hard to find soft serve these days! Loved my chocolate cone yesterday. The kid really enjoyed his vanilla cone, too. And my mom got a great mix of the two. Perfect snack!

We live in Murrells Inlet and Twisters is our favorite place for ice cream. They have great sundaes, milk shakes, and dipped ice cream cones. The service is always friendly. Sometimes you might have to stand in line a few minutes, but it’s well worth the wait. I highly recommend Twisters!!!
Cute ice cream stand in a good location with friendly staff. I ordered the twist chocolate and vanilla, but it didn't have any flavor. I couldn't taste the difference between the vanilla and chocolate. Regular size sundaes are very small for price.
