I didn’t enjoy anything they was too slow and can’t get a free refills on a drink I was a party of 4 from Mississippi and no one was happy ribs was hard enough said a first time going there and bad experience
If i could give this a 0 I would. My family and I were here on vacation and came to eat. The restaurant was almost completely empty with a quote of “20 mins” for 10 people. We waited 30-40 minutes and we’re sat around 8. We were getting anxious as it was 9:30 and salads were still not out. once we told the waitress (who was amazing and deserves a raise” the manager was no where to be seen. She did not come up to the table not once until she told me she took our sides off that came with the meal? so we finally get the food and it was all nasty. So nasty to the point the manager needed to be embarrassed that her cooks made that. we had eaten 20% of all our meals combined and left with $4 off. Never will we ever be back and manager needs to be spoken to. Our waitress was left to deal with our situation which is so unprofessional on the business/manager part but she was amazing !
Food was great and the our waitress Amber was wonderful. Our glasses were never empty and had a conversation with our boy and he said “this is the best day ever”. Will be coming back again soon
We went on Sunday and we had a party of about 15. Our waitress Hayley was amazing! She was very kind and attentive.The wait for our food was very long, but they were very understaffed. Hayley was the only waitress I saw the entire time we were there. She was doing the job of many the entire time. She was great! The food was good, and I loved their mac and cheese. Would've given 5 stars, but their management has to get more people working in there, you don't want to burn out your really hard working employees or keep your customers waiting too long for food.
Okay so I will say that I have been here on multiple occasions to dine in and the waiters are great. For the last few times I have order curbside pickup and it sucked . I called gave my spot number and waited a good 15 mins before I went in. I had to get out and go stand at the bar all for my order to be wrong. Granted, everyone seems to be busy but when you are paying for a service you expect it to be right.
This restaurant has really taken a turn for the worst! I live here locally, this use to be our family's favorite place to eat but every time we say "let's give T.G.I Friday's another chance" (hoping they have fix their many issues) we just end up disappointed all over again by the service, food and overall cleanliness of this establishment. It's a real shame because this use to be a great place but there is a reason you barley see any cars there anymore. JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Very very poor service and not of the best food.Food was very bland.Angela our server failed in many areas. She is one of those that attempts to be nice (barely but more-so) at the very last moment in order to increase tips. She did not bring silverware, left drink cups empty, never brought refill as requested and for the most part was no-where to be found. The best service we got was when food was brought by I who assume was the cook or a runner. We are locals here and won't eat there ever again. Seems near double pricing than what it was just last year, above the inflation we have seen.Left a small tip, though she did nothing.
I decided to give Friday's a chance after a 5+ year hiatus./absence. The service and food was atrocious to say the least.
The bartender working Monday night around closing time (February 28th) was the best!! And they made the best berry mojito I’ve ever had ? thank you!
