Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. I was treated rude and disrespectly by a young and immature employer. Customer service has really gone down hill. So sad. Would NOT RECOMMEND.JUNE 23RD 2022 830PM.

I enjoy Subway in Garden City its easy to park and we were in and out in no time; we bought sandwiches to take to the beach. Two footlongs and a bag of chips was $26 which I thought was a little high but the sandwiches were good, the staff was efficient and friendly. Of course I will return it was convenient and we enjoyed our sandwiches.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Just went through the drive through because the inside dining area is closed for some reason. Ordered 2 of the 4 sandwiches and the young sounding guy (found out his name is Ryan) on the speakerphone interrupted and very hatefully said “how many sandwiches you got man?” We said never mind we’ll go somewhere else. Then when we tried to call to speak to a manager Ryan answered the phone and said “f you” twice. Incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for. I’ve already had problems at this location but today was the worst and ensured that we will choose to drive farther away to a different location from now on.

It was fine. But the clown making the sandwiches forgot the pepperoni. Get better people who don’t slack off

The food & service were fine. The serving of meat on my sandwich was the smallest I have ever gotten before from a Subway & I visit visit Subway pretty regularly. Must just be this one.

Got the new Baja sub. Great quality and the staff were super nice.

Service is slack u get eyes rolled at You when you go to place order none of them work as a team and fly’s every where

Supposed to be open until 8 pm , got there at 7:54 , lights out doors locked . Wasted my time and gas . Called another location that lists their closing time as 9 pm , no answer . Seems to me that these companies that lost so much money the last 18 months would attempt to make money now but they still don't care about customer service . Rumor has it that this franchisee is in bad financial shape . I say you get what you deserve .

Always slow and not very busy to be that slow.
