Best fish and chips I have ever had. You could actually taste the fish. Most battered fish I have had is just eating mostly batter. This was not like that. It was lightly crusted and fried perfectly. 10/10. First time trying mashed peas and I loved them. Great atmosphere and service which is hard to come by anymore. Met the owner and asked me how my meal was. Glad to eat somewhere where people actually care.
Food was good prime rib was good. Just big enough for $24.00. Irish beef stew was good. The mashhy pees cool not able to melt the butter which is needed since there’s no seasoning on the pees.Bartender is nice lady but she does not know how to pour a Guinness. The Black and Tan was made backwards not very good. I’m hoping someone reads this and make sure to do it right.
Love the food and friendly staff! If you are looking for authentic English or Indian style food as well as some American favs - Check them out!!!!! Great steak and ale pie, ribeyes, sides as well as deserts!!! The apple tart custard and carrot cake are our Favorites!!! YUM!!! Salads are fresh drinks are on point. Worth the trip!
We enjoyed everything. Our Ham dinners,and the Lamb were amazing. Our service was great and our gal was a delight. We had a very nice Teramisu,delish. I was not our first trip to smugglers,and it certainly will not be the last. Happy Easter and fantastic job. We and our guest love the atmosphere to boot. TY

Great, authentic food. The beef stew and chicken tikka were delicious. The service was awesome and the barkeep pours a great Guinness. Really looking forward to what will be a great 3-day St. Patrick’s celebration with Irish music on Thursday and Friday and pipers on Saturday. We needed a pub like this in Murrells Inlet.
This place is AWESOME!! Love sitting at the bar and the DJ they have is so fun. I’ve not had one bad meal here, my favorite is the Shepherds pie OMG best I’ve had! This will soon be a summer hot spot for sure!
I just came from this restaurant. I asked for a well done burger. It was raw!! the manager ( or chef) only gave us half off price. In addition, the fries were awful as were the mashed potatoes I can see this is a local hangout where the quality of the food doesn't matter Dead dog anyone?
