I was in the service industry for over 10 yrs and I am from Chicago, and since the pandemic, service and quality of food has been scarce. NOT HERE!!!! We arrived 1 hour before they closed and our server, Leah did not make our experience anything short of amazing. I have 2 small kids (5&7) and she joked with them and had a fun and inviting personality! The food is not "Chicago" style BUT the flavor was amazing. The thin crust was airy and flavorful. The buffalo chicken wheels were so good, and the kids pizza was fresh, not that frozen stuff. The ranch and blue cheese are made at the restaurant and tasted so good. Like how can dressing be this good. Leah knew what kind of beers I would like because she cared to ask what I "normally" drink. I really enjoyed this pace and when I go back the Myrtle Beach I will come back to eat here. I hope Leah still works here because I will request her again! She is a hoot! Oh! And it's cle an and spacious. You don't feel like you are sitting on top of people. YOU GOT TO TRY THIS PLACE!!!!!

We have been sitting here for 90 minutes and still have no food. We ordered 6 bar drinks and had to ask the bartender where they were after 20 minutes (she was busy chatting with the 5 customers at her bar). She acted like we were a bother to ask, meanwhile 5 tickets sat waiting for her. There are only 6 tables in the entire restaurant. Absolutely horrible service, no management to be found. Waitress is nice but clearly has no control of the terrible Bartender and kitchen.

Pizza is good but regular price is a bit expensive. Luckily they have good take out specials. Our second order was delayed by 25 minutes so it caused our first order to be cold by the time we got everything home.

I really dislike giving this rating and writing this type of review. A group of 15 of us (mostly seniors) we're seated together. I believe our server was fairly new and likely shouldn't have been assigned to a large group. The restaurant was "normal" busy. The service during the meal was decent. The issue came when it was time to pay. The checks were completely wrong for the most part. It took nearly an hour to resolve the issues via the server and on duty manager. Both blamed us, how we ordered our soda, water, tea, etc., Blamed the system and acknowledged no wrong doing on their part. They offered half hearted apologies however, at no time anything else. Because we were a group of seniors, we wanted to pay our part and it should have been correct. I'm a retail manager and my team has challenges however I insist on taking care of the customer and work it out with my team afterwards.

Absolutely horrendous service. We checked in at the table at 8:10. After 10 minutes we were asked if we were the party for "Tim", we said no, "Amy". The woman nodded and a group of them stood around the desk. After 10 more minutes we noticed other people walking and getting seated immediately. We saw on the log that our name was crossed off. We let the woman know and she apologized and frantically asked other people about a table. We waited another 3-5 minutes before being left to a table. We then waited 10 minutes with no service when I motioned to a server. I asked if I could get help to the table and she nodded and walked away. Ay 8:50 I walked to the front and handed the woman our silverware and said "thanks for nothing". She had a lost look on her face like she had no clue what she was doing.

Very knowledgeable manager! Bar was packed so she let us sit at a large table until a party came in. Luckily no party came in. Covid messed up my boyfriends taste buds but she listened and found him a beer he liked. Going back for the delicious looking food!

Ordered carry out from the Murrels Inlet location. Young male and female hostess were extremely friendly as I waited. The atmosphere inside was lively. Everyone seemed really happy and appeared to be having a good time. I did have a bit of a wait for my food and it was a little bit more than I wanted to spend but overall it was good.

First time here and I have to say that I really enjoyed this place. The happy hour menu was solid and the service by Sabrina was incredible. I love that the rolling craft beer list has great choices and I would highly recommend the pepperoni rolls and boneless wings. I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

I have been visiting Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and have always wanted to try Old Chicago. It never happened until now. I should not have waited. The ambiance was good, beer list was very good and the service was great. Oh, yeah, they served food also. A good variety on their menu. However, my wife and I opted for 2 calzones. They were very good, stuffed with fillings. Next visit, and their will be another visit soon, we will try their pizza. I am looking forward to it.

It sucks with the "bone-in" wing shortage that I had to have boneless. But the Applewood BBQ was great. Our server Joan was Awesome (deserves a raise!). The Pizza (Chicago 7) was incredible. The BEST!
