Tired store. Fair service. Great ice cream.
Ordered TWICE and neither time was my drink correct. I was told "I made it like you asked" then was charged AGAIN and got an incorrectly made drink. Dunkin is a negative three on consistency then add the lack of customer satisfaction concern and you've got this AWFUL store. NEVER again, at least Starbucks CARES that you get the right drink and they aren't RUDE
Very busy inside & drive through.12 minutes to get a walk up/walk in coffee & muffin & walk out.
Arrived at 5 pm for a snack. All of the half dozen donuts I purchased were stale. Iced coffee was very weak! Would have given 0 stars, however the service at the drive thru was reasonably good.
Not sure his name is. Maybe it was Travis but he was great. He knows how to make a coffee and an ice cream
I am a regular customer and go there on a daily basis. Stacey has turned that place around where the service is great and staff is friendly. They will fix whatever it is and nice to see them staffed with great people. Yes there were a few hiccups with staff being rude, but she does everything to keep the place clean and maintain guest service above and beyond.
I have been living here 2 years, and stopped coming in because of the filth, but recently started coming back,because the staff has been much friendlier, and I asked if the management is different, yes it was a lady named stacey has taken over management and is doing a great job keeping the place very clean, and organized, I def will be coming back again and again,

I gave it an extra star just because it had dine-in. I could never understand how anyone could order a doughnut without seeing in person or reading it on line what they had. Which you could do neither in the drive thru. Store had a dated feel but clean and very open floor plan. Selection of seating inside and outside. Large variety of doughnuts, rolls, muffins, crullers and munchkins donut holes. Also, hot and cold brews made to your liking. We shared a chocolate covered roll with Bavarian Kreme and a coffee cake muffin. Standard fare of bakery items.
