Great place to hang with friends. Karaoke 6 nights a week in the summer. The food was excellent.
Great food, Service, and entertainment. I had the house salad and chicken. There was plenty of Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, carrots, and croutons. Plenty of chicken with a very nice flavor. Sarah was an outstanding waitress! Very attentive and made sure everything was alright. This was the first time I have ever been to a restaurant with karaoke. I was amazed at how much I enjoyed it. Very good performers with a nice variety of music genres.
This is the best bar food I have ever had! We were looking for somewhere to eat late and ran across Causeway. My husband had the burger and I had the Philly cheese steak. The fries were fantastic and both the burger and Philly cheese steak were as well! I wish I lived closer so I could frequent it more!
we walked there when everything else seemed to be closing down and heard some great folks singing, the staff was nice and the food was really good. Will be back
Terrible. This is a pic of their takeout "Caesar salad". A few pieces of lettuce, fake parm sprinkled on top and a little dressing on the side. $4.9510 wings - came with 7 drums and 3 flats.Shrimp basket with limp, soggy fries and shrimp with soggy batter. Coleslaw barely dressed.1 soft drink. They charge a takeout surcharge, which I have never seen before. They expect to be tipped on top of the surcharge. There appears to be tax on top of the surcharge.Lunch for 2 of a shrimp basket, 13.95, + what they loosely call a Caesar salad, 4.95 + 10 wings, 13.95 + a soft drink came out to over $43 with surcharge and tax. Then add tip on top of that.Do yourself a favour and just drive a few minutes more to Murrell's Inlet, where the food is good, the view is beautiful, and service is acceptable.
Very rude front door staff. We had a group of 10 guys who were 27+ years old. They scanned one of our group members ID and said it was expired, although it didn’t expire for 6 more months.Their ID scanning system was very old, but they refused to actually look at the ID and the expiration date shown. There are other better bars nearby, don’t waste your time with this place. Better drink prices and service elsewhere! There are lots of truthful 1 star reviews about poor experiences here for a reason. Proceed with caution.First ever 1 star review I have written!

I went for a family dinner. I had no idea what I wanted and my sister-in-law kept talking about how great the surf-and-turf tacos were. I ended up going with that and oh my gosh it was so good. The shrimp was great, the chorizo was great. The fries were really good, and I'm picky about my fries. I tried some of my husband's food, as he got something different than I did. He got the fried seafood platter. The couple things I did try were amazing. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. I'm so glad they suggested going there and I can't wait to go back.
If you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere with good, inexpensive meals, head to the Causeway! A varied menu, but my favorite is the chicken quesadila which is so large, it can feed 3! But they have great pizza too. When you're done at the beach, this is a great place to dine!
Great atmosphere, food was really good and the service was excellent!
