Food was subpar. Wings were so dry you couldn’t choke them down, burgers were charred and fries had no salt or seasoning. One cook, one bartender and no wait staff. Gave it 3 stars because it could be an ok place to hang out if you just wanted to drink and listen to some music, but would not recommend eating the food.
Absolutely most awesome burger. I had the Carolina burger. Wow! Served by a most awesome server great friendly smile. I'll be back?????

I had a steak salad for the first time in a long time. Very good!!Another person with us had a Pitt cheese steak sandwich. Couldn't say enough about it.Service was very excellent.We will be back!!!!

On Friday 16 April, I received the worst service I’ve had in the 7 years I’ve lived here. If I could I’d give it a negative star rating. I arrived at the Blitzburgh Bar and Grill between 5:30 and 5:35. I sat at a corner seat of the bar where about 2/3 of the seats were occupied. I sat and sat. I would constantly look in the direction of the bar tender as he served the people next to me on two occasions. A waitress would occasionally be behind the bar but she was mainly serving tables. I received no acknowledgement in the 20 minutes I sat there. After about 15 minutes a couple came in and sat to my right. After a few minutes the bartender came over, gave them menus, and took their drink order. When he returned with their drinks, I left as it was clear he was never going to look my way. I grew up near Pittsburgh and this bar is an insult to anyone who has any pride in Pittsburgh and western PA.The owner's review is simply not true. In fact, I sent an email with my full name, email address, and phone # on 17 April to which he never replied. This is is clearly a dishonest place.
The bar last night was amazing! The food and the service was the best I've had in this area. The owner made sure I had a great experience.
