I really liked Wendy's for a long time but this place is steadily going downhill.I just went through the drive-thru for the baconator meal and received what amounted to a double Jr bacon cheeseburger.The baconator was an all time favorite but it has slowly dwindled... First, they started cutting the bacon in half using three pieces rather than six. At least it still had two full size patties with a layer of bacon and cheese on both. I drove through this one a few minutes ago and received a burger with two small patties both with a layer of cheese and one layer of bacon... So they won't give you a baconator here anymore but they will take your money for one.
What in the world is going on at this location. The woman in the drive through was the rudest person I have ever met. She appeared to be manager, a light skin black lady.Get it together wendys! Lord have mercy.
They forgot my BBQ sauce. Thanks for being such good listeners. Also a strange car pulled next to me while waiting at the drive through.
Avoid this place at all cost if you can. I have had unpleasant experiences before but this takes the cake.Placed mobile order for pick up at 7:15. Doors lock at 8 pm. I get there at 7:15 and all doors are locked. Mind you, I already paid and have no way to get my food. I called and no one would answer. I then did another order for curbside. 20 min later, still no food and no answer of the phone.So, got in the drive through line and was finally served at 8 pm. Staff seemed to think I was a bother to them for having to do two orders. No apologies. They refused to refund me and said I had to take and pay for both orders.Finally get home and go to eat the food all to find out that BOTH orders were completed wrong and cold.There is nothing "fast" about this place. Stay away at all costs. Any deals they have are not worth the time.
Ordered 3 biggie bags and a spicy chicken nugget combo meal, they didn’t give us any sauces, they forgot the fries on our combo despite asking what size drink + fries we wanted, and the chicken nuggets were not spicy. We told them we were missing fries and the manager proceeded to tell us that we needed to pay $2+ for them.
The restaurant wasn't open except for pickup. The line was around the building and when I got my food, the fries were not even warm, and they certainly were NOT crispy, but cold and limp l. They tasted like cardboard! The burger was cold, and the lettuce was soggy. The burger was not good or warm! I have not eaten at Wendy's in my years just because of the above reasons, cold limp fries and cold tasteless burgers. I thought I would give them another try since a friend said that Wendy's had changed. They have NOT changed anything except the higher prices! I will not go back!
This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. My food was cold, burger was uncooked completely in the middle and staff was very rude.
Food was good, but the wait in the drive thru was crazy slow for being around midnight. Glad I wasn't in a hurry
Was here for 50 minutes to pick up an advance placed mobile order that I placed about 5 minutes before arriving at the Wendy’s. The app said to go inside to the mobile pickup area, but the restaurant was locked. I saw a sign for mobile pickup parking, so I parked there. Waited for 15-20 mins before trying to enter the restaurant again. An employee finally told me through the locked door that I had to go through the drivethrough. Spent about 30 mins in that line to finally receive food that was stone cold. I believe they prepared the food as soon as I placed the order, so it was sitting for almost an hour while I had no way to get to it.
Rude employees. Went thru drive thru and ordered. Lady snatched money from my husband's hand and the change went on the ground then she slammed window & complained all the change was on the ground to a worker. Then gave our food thru the window she practically throw it to the car & almost ripped the plastic COVID protection off. Then slammed the window. I know workers are hard to find but this is ridiculous. Will not go back.
