Should have known because this place is consistently inconsistent...Grabbed a baconator combo driving thru on 5/15/22 and they gave me a Jr. double bacon cheeseburger. It wasn't a mistake because I had them add lettuce and tomato and they got that right. Two tiny cheesed patties and 3 half pieces of bacon with lettuce and tomato...sucked just like this Wendy's.
Unbelievably rude. I've heard other people in the neighborhood tell me awful stories about dealing with rude employees. I experienced it firsthand myself now. Unless they clean house I'd avoid this place like the plague.
This location is more efficient, good is fresh. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries. Got through the drive through quickly. Friendly employees.
3 stars because it is Wendy's and I love me some Wendy's. Employees seem to be lazy I hope Wendy's is paying them fair
The person taking our order didn't pay attention or act like they cared. When we got our order, it was mixed up and wrong. I've eaten at Wendy's many times and love their food. The food here was good but the service is aggressively sub-par. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all.
Sat at the speaker to order and nobody answered for a while and I was about to drive off when they said something, i get to the window and didn’t get full money back and missing an item, so I just politely waved at the window because she already shut it and walked away, she saw me and walked away again, so I gave a light tap on the horn to think maybe she just didn’t see me. She walked up to the window, looked at me, and walked away again. Lol what the actual f is that. Then I drive off to see employees and family members just chillin inside eating. Really never understood the importance of a ged until now.
Been coming to this Wendy's all my life the food is good but the service is worse each time I come in. They forget parts of my order nearly every single time.
Worst Wendy’s ever and I love Wendy’s. Waited about 5 minutes with no response from the window at all and there was ONE car in line ahead of me. I understand their is a lack of employees everywhere but Ebony outright told us she would not take our order at the window. When I asked why she said I don’t know but I can’t. WOW???
Terrible service don’t recommend at all Don’t waste your time there! The service was awful and the workers are extremely rude and they say the machine is broken because they just want to shooo you away so they don’t have work!
Service is awful and staff don’t care about your money or time, you will either get ripped off or cursed at and they will waste up to an hour of your time for nothing. Go to literally any other location than this one.
