Wanda at the Long Point Wendy's in Mount Pleasant has been by far the best employee they could have hired! Amazing positive upbeat personality!!! (Especially with the wait)Thank you Wanda for making a difference!
100% hands down, the ONLY Wendy’s I will eat at in Charleston & local surrounding areas! I drive from John’s Island to go to this Wendy’s…they have the best quality food (its consistently hot/fresh/great EVERY single time!!), the employees have good attitudes, and always give service with a smile! (This visit, I had Unique and Janice who helped me at the drive-thru windows…they are total gems!) - Cannot rave about this location enough!! If only all the Wendy’s were like this one! ? Please bring another one exactly like this to West ashley or John’s Island area!!! ??
It was really good, hot, and if I were a betting person I would have lost, just based on my initial interaction with the person I could have sworn they messed my order up, but they didn't they had it right!
Worst service ever. Food was old tasted nasty. Lady at the windows had a foul attitude. Seemed upset I was there. Then took my credit card gave me a drink and not my order and said have a nice day. Guy in the back gave me my order. Then I said give me my card back please. He said I gave you the drink. I said credit card not drink. He said huh I said credit card. He said what till I heard miss foul mouth snap her lips and almost slap my on the face with my card. Extremely bad service. They take the cake for the worst.
This Wendy's is always great. Rarely is there an issue with order or food. Always treated with kindness from the staff...no matter how busy they are.

I pulled into the drive thru at 6:27 am. Opens at 6:30 am. I'm the second car in line. Placed my order at 6:40 am. Currently waiting in line at the pick up window and its 6:51 am.
Frosty not too chocolate like. Disappointed. Fries were delicious.
Awesome have had breakfast and lunch food is so good
