Usually we really enjoy a salad from Verde. Today we had an awful experience. We asked for chopped salads and the young woman who waited on us seemed annoyed at this request. She did a bad job and our salads were not close to being chopped. Servic was poor and the quality of the salad was poor. The bread was stale and hard. There are plenty of other choices in town...I will not be goi g back.
I did not eat here, I had a meeting with the owner, she is a very pleasant and clearly dedicated person. The venue was extremely clean and the food looked as fresh as could be. I will try it next time I stop by.
Excellent salads, all different kinds lettuce and variety of toppings to choose. Highly recommend for salads
I wish I could give less than a one star review. My wife came into this location and was greeted by a worker named Brandon. As my wife began to order, he called her obnoxious because of her order due to her dietary restrictions. He then proceeded to aggressively hit on my wife. At that point she made him aware of the fact that she was married. He responded by saying “Oh come on, what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him”. He continued to make inappropriate remarks to my wife until she walked out because of how uncomfortable she was. I can not even begin to wrap my head around the fact that this happened. My family will never return to this location again. Unbelievable!
Salad was decently sized and priced. But I got the Caesar and the dressing had absolutely no flavor. Super disappointing
A get a weird vibe from this place. The staff always seems unhappy and angry. Like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. Maybe it's just me.

We love Verde, but the last couple of times we’ve gone there (which is often), we’ve had random hairs in our bowls. It’s so disgusting, and none of the girls at either location in Mount Pleasant wear anything to protect their hair from getting into your food. I really hope they fix this and ask their employees to wear hairnets or hats with their hair pulled back.
When you want to “get your salad on”- order some Verde! My work colleagues and I order from Verde in Mt Pleasant often (delivery through Grub Hub). These salads are HUGE, and always fresh. Think a salad won’t “fill you up”? - prepare to be surprised. There are so many signature salads to choose from, as well as “build your own” options. “Greek in the Knees” is a favorite of ours…yes, when you add on extra ingredients, the price can be $20 for one salad, but it will last you all day. Well worth the money, and knowledge that you’re doing something good for your body.
Verde, has an awesome salad bar. I visit them often. My only complaint is that there is only one size salad. The portions a large, usually too much to eat. I wish there was a small and large option.
