Quick and friendly service. Salads are always nice and fresh.
Delicious food but do not try to order anything with custom instructions on their website!! Literally NO ONE reads the “special notes” and they know they’re getting tipped automatically so it literally doesn’t matter. If you want to subtract anything from your order then select “create a custom salad” and build it with what you want instead. THEY WILL NOT READ OR DO WHAT YOU ASK THEM TO IN THE NOTES NO MATTER HOW MANY PLEASE OR ;) you use. This frustrates me because I’ve already tipped them on trust. Two salads for $40 delivered. That is embarrassing.
I mover from NYC to Charleston and I was looking forward to have a place so I can get salad. I went there numerous time’s and every time I go is always different, ( is like miss or hit ). Sometimes the salad come good sometimes it’s the worse. The team keep changing or they get new people but need someone to supervise them when they do a salad or anything else bc they don’t know what they doing. I’m sorry but you don’t have cheap prices and the quality is not that great. I don’t need to get my salad and the bowl halfway. Bc of the order was so bad now I need to go get to order to another place.Look at the salad is half salad not a full order
I love the concept but the service was terrible! Placed an online order and arrived 5mins after the estimated time and the order hadn’t even been started yet. Not a single other customer to be seen in the store and the person I assume was the manager seemed to be unable to help the poor girl working the line and was more focused on wiping down salad dressing bottles while I waited. Another couple walked in and she didn’t even acknowledge them and let the other girl struggle to get everything done. I also ordered the “corn chowder” which apparently had to be re-heated and took an extra 5mins after the salads were done. Picture is attached, but it certainly doesn’t look like corn chowder and I’m unwilling to try it. The salads aren’t badbut I definitely won’t be returning after this experience.
Really enjoy the salads and get them frequently but that may change soon. On at least three different occasions I’ve gotten a salad that was almost inedible due to uncooked rice. Every bite seemed like I was risking a trip to the dentist. Please improve and I’ll be happy to continue being a loyal customer.
Soooooo good!!! Fresh, healthy, and delicious will eat here any chance I get. They hand squeeze fresh lemon and herbs on the dishes. Wish they had this chain in savannah!!!
All I did was DoorDash, I 2as waiting and told it would be a few mins. Ok that's fine. I'm walking around minding my own business when the girl behind the counter sasses me with it'll be a few more mins. Like guys I heard the first time if I'm passing it's because I need to walk around, don't be rude!!!

Salad with onions, carrots, cranberries, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese for $16. Jeez y'all jacking those prices up huh. Same salad I used to always get and was under $11 before. Just buy your own ingredients it will be cheaper and you can make more than one salad. Disappointing.
